Description
また、本発明の医用カテーテルが、バルーンを有するバルーンカテーテルである場合、バルーンのみが、前記無機結晶複合材料からなることが好ましい。
モンモリロナイトを酸性水溶液及び12−アミノラウリン酸の混合液に中に分散させ80℃に加温し2時間攪拌した後、水洗し有機化したモンモリロナイトを得た。続いて、12−アミノラウリン酸を加え、縮合反応によりモンモリロナイトを5%含有したポリアミド12複合材料(PA12−M5)を得た。
有機化したモンモリロナイト、ラウリルラクタム、PTMG、ドデカン二酸を加え、ラクタムの開環条件で反応、縮合反応によりモンモリロナイトを3%含有したポリアミド12エラストマー複合材料(TPEPA12−M3)を得た。
有機化したモンモリロナイト、ラウリルラクタム、PTMG、ドデカン二酸を加え、ラクタムの開環条件で反応、縮合反応によりモンモリロナイトを5%含有したポリアミド12エラストマー複合材料(TPEPA12−M5)を得た。
合成マイカ、サポナイト、ヘクトライト、ゼピオライトについてポリアミド6複合材料(PA6−ME、PA6−SP、PA6−HC、PA6−S5、PA6−S10)を合成した。
シリカについて配合量を変えてポリアミド6複合材料(PA6−5C、PA6−10C、PA6−15C、PA6−20C、PA6−25C、PA6−30C)を合成した。
Claims (3)
- ポリアミド樹脂中に無機結晶を含有させた無機結晶複合材料からなる医用カテーテルであって、前記無機結晶が、ポリアミド樹脂のモノマーのインターカレーションにより有機化された層状結晶であることを特徴とする医用カテーテル。
- 医用カテーテルがバルーンを有するバルーンカテーテルであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医用カテーテル。
- 前記バルーンのみが、前記無機結晶複合材料からなることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医用カテーテル。
