Claims (11)
- 第1の耐荷重部材及び第2の耐荷重部材から成る耐荷重アセンブリを備える負荷インジケータであって、前記第1の耐荷重部材に加えられる横方向負荷を支持すべく前記第1及び第2の耐荷重部材が互いに接続される負荷インジケータにおいて、
前記第1の耐荷重部材は、指標負荷を上回った際に該第1の耐荷重部材が脆くなるように、前記第2の耐荷重部材と共にキャビティを形成し、
前記キャビティは、前記第1の耐荷重部材が前記負荷によって破断された際に前記キャビティから漏れる流動性指標を収容し、
前記第1の耐荷重部材が、管状であるとともに、その内部に前記第2の耐荷重部材を受け、もって、前記第1及び第2の耐荷重部材が、両端でランドを介して係合し、中央領域で離間されて前記キャビティを形成する、負荷インジケータ。 - 前記第1の耐荷重部材の一部は厚みが減少されており、もって、当該部分が脆くなると共に、前記キャビティを形成するようになっている、請求項1に記載の負荷インジケータ。
- 前記第1及び第2の耐荷重部材が同軸に配置された円筒部材を備える、請求項2に記載の負荷インジケータ。
- 前記キャビティが、前記第2の耐荷重部材内に内容積を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の負荷インジケータ。
- 2つの部品を接続すると耐荷重ピンであり、前記2つの部品間に加えられる負荷を支持するための耐荷重ピンとして構成される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の負荷インジケータ。
- 前記流動性指標が指標液体である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の負荷インジケータ。
- 2つの部品と、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載の耐荷重ピンとして構成される負荷インジケータとから成るアセンブリであって、
前記ピンが、ランドと整列された状態で前記部品の一方における一対のラグと係合するとともに、前記2つのラグ間に位置する前記部品の他方のものにおけるラグと係合し、もって、前記2つの部品に圧縮負荷又は引張負荷がかけられるときに横方向負荷を受けるようになっている、アセンブリ。 - 前記2つの部品が航空機のランディングギアの部品を備える、請求項7に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記2つの部品が、サイドステイ、関節結合部又は曳航接続部の部材を備える、請求項8に記載のアセンブリ。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の負荷インジケータを使用して航空機のハードランディングを検出する方法。
- 請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の負荷インジケータを使用して航空機を曳航する際の過負荷力を検出する方法。
