Claims (16)
- 特に自動車の電気補助加熱装置において空気を加熱する、熱発生素子(1)であって、
少なくとも1つのPTC加熱素子(5)と、
前記PTC加熱素子(5)と、前記PTC加熱素子(5)をはさんでその両側に配置された電気導体片(6;7、10)と、を囲む絶縁ハウジング(2、3)と、
を具備し、
前記ハウジング(2、3)は、向かい合った前記ハウジング要素(2、3)の正面側同士を橋渡しする密閉片(4、21)を挿入した状態で互いに対向して配置されたハウジングシェル要素(2)とシェルカウンタ要素(3)を具備し、
前記密閉片(4、21)は、圧縮力により前記ハウジング要素(2、3)を互いに対して密封し、前記圧縮力は外側から前記熱発生素子(1)に作用し少なくとも1つのPTC加熱素子に対して前記導体片(6、7、10)を押圧し、前記密閉片(4、21)は、前記少なくとも1つのPTC加熱素子を密閉して囲む、熱発生素子。 - 前記密閉片(4、21)は、密閉の維持によって前記ハウジング要素(2、3)が前記導体片(6;7、10)に平行な平面により定まる方向に互いに僅かに動き得るように具現化された、請求項1記載の熱発生素子。
- 前記ハウジングシェル要素(2)と前記シェルカウンタ要素(3)は、前記密閉片(4)の手段によって互いに接着されている、請求項1または請求項2記載の熱発生素子。
- 少なくとも1つの前記ハウジング要素(2、3)は、焼結セラミック部品(8)として具現化され、導体片としての金属板片(6、7)は、前記PTC加熱素子(5)に隣接した状態で前記セラミック部品(8)に接して配置されている、請求項1から請求項3までのいずれかに記載の熱発生素子。
- 前記セラミック部品(8、9)は、アルミナで形成された焼結部品である、請求項4記載の熱発生素子。
- 前記ハウジング要素(2、3)は成型されたプラスティック部品であり、前記熱発生素子は前記絶縁層(8)を成型することにより前記ハウジング要素(2、3)に固着された絶縁層(8)、および/または金属板片(10)を成型することにより前記ハウジング要素(2、3)に固着された金属板片(10)を具備する、請求項1から請求項5までのいずれかに記載の熱発生素子。
- 前記ハウジングシェル要素(2)と前記シェルカウンタ要素(3)は、それぞれ本質的に前記PTC加熱素子(5)の厚み部分の半分を囲い込むように具現化されている、請求項1から請求項6までのいずれかに記載の熱発生素子。
- 前記ハウジングシェル要素(2)と前記シェルカウンタ要素(3)は、同一の設計である、請求項6記載の熱発生素子。
- 前記密閉片(4)は、前記少なくとも1つのPTC加熱素子(5)の厚みに関する、考えられる作業上の許容誤差が、前記2つのハウジング要素(2、3)が接することなしに前記密閉片を圧縮することにより補償されるように、その寸法が定められる、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれかに記載の熱発生素子。
- 前記密閉片(4)は、ハウジング要素(2;3)から突出したばね(21)により形成され、他のハウジング要素(3;2)において構成された溝(20)に係合する、請求項1から請求項8までのいずれかに記載の熱発生素子。
- 前記ハウジング要素(2、3)によって形成され、前記少なくとも1つのPTC加熱素子(5)を横方向につかむ端部の幅(B)は、1.5mmより広くない、請求項1から請求項10までのいずれかに記載の熱発生素子。
- 前記ハウジング要素(2、3)により形成された、PTC加熱素子の支持体は、前記PTC加熱素子(5)の高さの10%未満であり、好ましくは5%未満である、請求項1から請求項11までのいずれかに記載の熱発生素子。
- PTC加熱素子(5)の支持体は、金属板片(10)および/またはセラミック部品(8)によってのみ形成される、請求項1から請求項12までのいずれかに記載の熱発生素子。
- フレームと前記フレーム内に収容された層構造を有する電気補助加熱装置であって、
少なくとも1つの請求項1から請求項13のいずれかに記載の熱発生素子(1)と、
それ自体と平行に延びた少なくとも1つのラジエータ要素(11)と、を具備し、
前記圧縮力は、ばねによるプリテンションをかけてフレーム内の層構造を保持するばねの力により生じる、電気補助加熱装置。 - 層構造は、ばねによるプリテンションをかけてフレーム内に保持される、請求項14記載の電気補助加熱装置。
- ハウジングシェル要素(2)とこれに関係付けられたハウジングカウンタ要素(3)は、ばねの力によって前記密閉片(4)の手段により互いに向き合って密閉された状態で配置される、請求項14または請求項15記載の電気補助加熱装置。
