Description

Claims (10)
- スキャン手順を実行する方法であって、
(a)スキャン用のCT画像データを生成する段階(10)と、
(b)スキャン用のCT減弱補正データを生成する段階(12)と、
(c)スキャン用のPETデータの現在のフレームを3Dフォーマットで収集する段階(14)と、
(d)以下の各段階、
(d1)現在のフレームの一部を隣接するフレームと重複させる段階を含む、現在のフレームのPET画像の少なくとも一部を再構成する段階と、
(d1)PETデータの次のフレームの少なくとも一部を3Dフォーマットで収集する段階と、
を同時に実行する段階(16)と、
を含み、
前記現在のフレームの一部を前記隣接するフレームと重複させる前記段階が、
3Dフォーマットの前記現在のフレームを複数のスライスを有する2Dサイノグラム・アレイに変換する段階と、
前記現在のフレームの前記複数のスライスの内の一部のスライスを前記隣接するフレームのスライスに重複させる段階と、
を含む、
方法。 - 前記PETデータを収集するPET検出器(300)が、複数の検出器リングを備え、前記複数の検出器リングは、単一の検出器リング上に位置付けられる検出器のペア間だけでなく、1リング離れて離間して配置された検出器リング上に位置付けられた検出器ペア間でも発生する同時発生事象の存在を判定し、該事象に関する情報を処理し、
前記重複させる段階が、現在のフレームと隣接するフレームとの重複部分において各重複スライスに対する重み付けを計算すること(36)を含む請求項1に記載の方法。 - CT検出器(200)と、
PET検出器(300)と、
少なくとも1つのメモリ(150)と、
少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(150)であって、
スキャン用のCT画像データの生成を制御し、
スキャン用のCT減弱補正データの生成を制御し、
スキャン用のPETデータの現在のフレームの3Dフォーマットでの収集を制御し、
(a)現在のフレームの一部を隣接するフレームと重複させることを含む、現在のフレームのPET画像の少なくとも一部の再構成と、(b)PETデータの次のフレームの少なくとも一部の3Dフォーマットでの収集との同時実行を制御する、
ようにプログラムされたプロセッサと、
を備え、
前記現在のフレームの一部を前記隣接するフレームと重複させることが、
3Dフォーマットの前記現在のフレームを複数のスライスを有する2Dサイノグラム・アレイに変換することと、
前記現在のフレームの前記複数のスライスの内の一部のスライスを前記隣接するフレームのスライスに重複させることと、
を含む、PET−CTシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(150)が、少なくとも1つの後続のフレームにおいて、(a)及び(b)の前記同時実行を制御する段階を繰り返すようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載のPET−CTシステム。
- 前記3Dフォーマットが投影面フォーマットを含むことを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載のPET−CTシステム。
- PET画像の少なくとも一部の前記再構成が、PET画像を投影面フォーマットから前記サイノグラムフォーマットへ変換するフーリエ・リビニング処理の適用を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のPET−CTシステム。
- 前記PET検出器(300)が、複数の検出器リングを備え、前記複数の検出器リングは、単一の検出器リング上に位置付けられる検出器のペア間だけでなく、1リング離れて離間して配置された検出器リング上に位置付けられた検出器ペア間でも発生する同時発生事象の存在を判定し、該事象に関する情報を処理し、
前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(150)が、前記現在のフレームと前記隣接するフレームとの重複する部分において各重複スライスに対する重み付けを計算するようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項3乃至8のいずれかに記載のPET−CTシステム。 - 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(150)が、前記画像CTデータを収集するために用いられるスキャン・プロトコルに基づいてPETデータのスキャン・プロトコルを自動的に構成するようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項3乃至7のいずれかに記載のPET−CTシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(150)が、CT画像データとPET画像を備える融合PET−CT画像を生成するようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項3乃至8のいずれかに記載のPET−CTシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのプロセッサ(150)が、CT減弱補正データを用いて、PET画像に対して減弱補正を適用するようにプログラムされていることを特徴とする請求項3乃至8のいずれかに記載のPET−CTシステム。
