Claims (9)
- コンピュータプログラムが読み出し可能に埋め込まれたコンピュータ可読媒体(52)であって、
前記コンピュータプログラムはコンピュータ(36)が、
対象物のCT走査を実行することにより異常を含むコンピュータ断層撮影(CT)画像(160)を取得するプログラムルーチン(130)と、
前記対象物のPET走査を実行することにより前記異常を含む陽電子放出断層撮影(PET)画像(162)を取得するプログラムルーチン(132)と、
前記CT画像(160)内にある第1の関心領域を選択するプログラムルーチンと、
前記CT画像(160)内の第1の関心領域に基づいて前記異常の解剖学的大きさを求めるプログラムルーチン(136)と、
前記PET画像(162)上にある第2の関心領域に基づいて相対的代謝活性を求めるプログラムルーチン(140)と、
前記PET画像の前記第2の関心領域内の前記相対的代謝活性に、前記CT画像の前記第1の関心領域の解剖学的大きさに基づいた数学的補間処理を施すことにより、前記第1の関心領域内の特定の代謝活性を決定するプログラムルーティンと、
を実行する構成となっていることを特徴とするコンピュータ可読媒体(52)。 - 前記プログラムは、前記PET画像(162)を取得する(132)ために、前記CT画像を(160)取得した後、所定の時間の経過前にPETスキャナを用いて前記異常を含む前記PET画像(162)を取得するプログラムルーティンをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体(52)。
- 前記プログラムは、前記第1の関心領域を選択するために、ユーザが前記CT画像(160)内にある前記第1の関心領域を選択するのを待つプログラムルーティンをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のコンピュータ可読媒体(52)。
- 請求項1乃至3のいずれかに記載のコンピュータ可読媒体(52)に書き込まれたコンピュータプログラムを読み取って実行するように構成されたコンピュータ。
- 対象物の少なくとも1つの異常を分析するイメージングシステムであって、
放射線源(14)と、
放射線検出器(18)と、
前記放射線源及び前記放射線検出器に作動可能に結合された制御装置であって、
対象物のコンピュータ断層撮影(CT)走査を実行することにより異常を含む第1の画像(160)を取得し(130)、
前記対象物の陽電子放出断層撮影(PET)走査を実行することにより前記異常を含む第2の画像(162)を取得し(132)、
前記第1の画像(160)内にある第1の関心領域を選択し、
前記CT画像内の第1の関心領域に基づいて前記異常の解剖学的大きさを求め(136)、
前記第2の画像(162)上にある第2の関心領域に基づいて相対的代謝活性を求め(140)、
前記第2の画像の前記第2の関心領域内の前記相対的代謝活性に、前記第1の画像の前記第1の関心領域の解剖学的大きさに基づいた数学的補間処理を施すことにより、前記第1の関心領域内の特定の代謝活性を決定する、
ように構成された前記制御装置と、
を備えることを特徴とするイメージングシステム。 - 前記制御装置は、前記第2の画像(162)を取得する(132)ために、前記第1の画像(160)を取得した後、所定の時間の経過前にPETスキャナを用いて前記異常を含む前記第2の画像(162)を取得するように構成されている請求項5に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 、前記制御装置は、前記相対的代謝活性を求めるために1つには前記第1の関心領域の解剖学的大きさに基づいて相対的代謝活性を求めるように構成されている請求項5に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記イメージングシステムはPET−CTシステムであり、前記異常は肺結節と、前記対象物の結腸の異常と、前記対象物の肝臓の異常と、前記対象物の乳房の異常と、前記対象物の腕の異常と、前記対象物の脳の異常のうちの少なくとも1つである請求項5に記載のイメージングシステム。
- 前記第1の画像はコンピュータ断層撮影(CT)画像(160)であり、
前記第2の画像は陽電子放出断層撮影(PET)画像(162)であることを特徴とする請求項5乃至8に記載のイメージングシステム。
