Claims (1)
- 外縁に螺旋状の回転溝を設け、回転溝間に第1の歯先を有するスクリュー軸と、
前記スクリュー軸を挿設するための穿孔を開設し、該穿孔の内縁に前記回転溝と対向する回転槽が開設され、回転槽の間に第2の歯先を有し、前記第1の歯先と第2の歯先は案内溝を形成して回転溝及び回転槽が負荷経路を構成すると共に、その外縁に複数の取付槽が設けられ、当該取付槽と前記穿孔とを連通するナットと、
前記ナットに取付けられ、前記取付槽に接続される還流路を有し、該還流路が前記負荷経路と接続されることで循環経路を構成する還流素子と、
前記循環経路に収容され、チェーン及び複数の回転子によって構成され、チェーンは複数の間隔部および当該間隔部を接続するための接続部からなっており、当該間隔部の間が接続部とにより収容空間を構成し、該収容空間は、回転子を設置するために用いられ、接続部が前記案内溝内に収容され該案内溝に沿って移動する回転モジュールと、
を含み、
前記ナットは、前記取付槽の槽底部と前記第2の歯先との交接部における前記接続部の移動経路に位置し、該接続部に干渉する干渉部を取り除く面取りを備えており、
前記面取りの幅は、前記接続部の前記第2の歯先に突出する幅より大きく、または等しくなり、
前記面取りの長さは、0.5乃至30mmであることを特徴とするボールスクリュー。
