Description
(A)連結装置であって、
変形可能で部分的に管状のバンドを含み、
前記バンドは実質的に可撓性のグラフト材料の一部および膨張可能なステント構造の一部を受け入れる長穴を有している、連結装置。
(1)部分的に管状のバンドは高分子材料を含む、実施態様(A)記載の連結装置。
(2)部分的に管状のバンドは金属材料を含む、実施態様(A)記載の連結装置。
(3)部分的に管状のバンドは、このバンドと上記第2の基体要素の一部との間に上記実質的に可撓性の第1の要素の一部を保持するように構成されている、実施態様(A)記載の連結装置。
(B)ステントグラフトであって、
1つまたはそれ以上の膨張可能なステント構造と、
前記1つまたはそれ以上のステント構造に連結された生体適合性グラフト材料と、
上記1つまたはそれ以上のステント構造に前記グラフト材料を固定するための少なくとも1つの連結装置とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの連結装置は、変形可能であり、部分的に管状のバンドを含み、前記バンドは実質的に可撓性の前記グラフト材料の一部および前記ステント構造の一部を受け入れる長穴を有している、ステントグラフト。
(4)上記グラフト材料は超高分子量ポリエチレンを含む、実施態様(B)記載のステントグラフト。
(5)上記グラフト材料はポリアラミドを含む、実施態様(B)記載のステントグラフト。
(7)上記グラフト材料は液晶ポリマーを含む、実施態様(B)記載のステントグラフト。
(8)上記超高分子量ポリエチレングラフト材料は約20デニールから約30デニールまでの範囲の重量を有するヤーンを含む、実施態様(4)記載のステントグラフト。
(9)上記グラフト材料は超高分子量ポリエチレンの混合物を含む、実施態様(B)記載のステントグラフト。
(10)上記グラフト材料は織り込まれている、実施態様(B)記載のステントグラフト。
(12)上記グラフト材料は組み込まれている、実施態様(B)記載のステントグラフト。
(13)上記少なくとも1つの連結装置はポリマー材料を含む、実施態様(B)記載のステントグラフト。
(14)上記少なくとも1つの連結装置は金属材料を含む、実施態様(B)記載のステントグラフト。
(15)部分的に管状のバンドは、このバンドと上記少なくとも1つの連結装置の一部との間に生体適合性グラフト材料の一部を保持するように構成されている、実施態様(B)記載のステントグラフト。

Claims (8)
- 連結装置であって、
変形可能で部分的に管状のバンドを含み、
前記バンドは実質的に可撓性のグラフト材料の一部および膨張可能なステント構造の一部を受け入れる長穴を有し、
前記バンドは、前記ステント構造の形状にほぼ一致し、前記グラフト材料に穴を開けることなく、前記バンドと前記ステント構造の一部との間に前記グラフト材料の一部を保持することにより、前記グラフト材料と前記ステント構造との間の相対移動が許容される、連結装置。 - 前記バンドは、高分子材料を含む、請求項1に記載の連結装置。
- 前記バンドは、金属材料を含む、請求項1に記載の連結装置。
- ステントグラフトであって、
1つまたはそれ以上の膨張可能なステント構造と、
前記1つまたはそれ以上のステント構造に連結された生体適合性グラフト材料と、
上記1つまたはそれ以上のステント構造に前記グラフト材料を固定するための少なくとも1つの連結装置とを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの連結装置は、変形可能であり、部分的に管状のバンドを含み、前記バンドは実質的に可撓性の前記グラフト材料の一部および前記ステント構造の一部を受け入れる長穴を有し、
前記バンドは、前記ステント構造の形状にほぼ一致し、前記グラフト材料に穴を開けることなく、前記バンドと前記ステント構造の一部との間に前記グラフト材料の一部を保持することにより、前記グラフト材料と前記ステント構造との間の相対移動が許容される、ステントグラフト。 - 前記連結装置は、ポリマー材料を含む、請求項4に記載のステントグラフト。
- 前記連結装置は、金属材料を含む、請求項4に記載のステントグラフト。
- 膨張可能なステント構造にグラフト材料を連結する方法であって、
前記ステント構造の周囲に前記グラフト材料を位置決めするステップと、
前記グラフト材料の一部が請求項1に記載の連結装置と上記ステント構造の一部との間に挟まれるように上記連結装置を位置決めするステップと、
上記ステント構造の上記一部における上記グラフト材料の周囲に上記連結装置を部分的に圧着するステップとを含み、
前記バンドは、前記ステント構造の形状にほぼ一致し、前記グラフト材料に穴を開けることなく、前記バンドと前記ステント構造の一部との間に前記グラフト材料の一部を保持することにより、前記グラフト材料と前記ステント構造との間の相対移動が許容される、連結方法。 - 前記連結装置を部分的に圧着するステップが、前記連結装置を完全には圧着しないことにより、前記バンドが、前記グラフト材料と前記ステント構造との間の相対移動を許容する、請求項7に記載の方法。
