Claims (2)
- 溶接部に応力腐食割れを模擬した割れが付与された試験体を製造する方法において、
上記試験体に一端を上記溶接部に突き当てるようにして補強部材を取り付けて補強部材付き試験体とし、その補強部材付き試験体を曲げて上記溶接部に引張応力を発生させることで、上記溶接部に突き当てられた上記補強部材の一端により上記溶接部に応力集中を生じさせて、その応力集中により上記溶接部に割れを付与し、その後、上記補強部材を上記試験体から取り外すようにしたことを特徴とする応力腐食割れ付与試験体製造方法。 - 上記補強部材付き試験体を曲げる際に、上記溶接部を腐食環境に保持するようにした請求項1に記載の応力腐食割れ付与試験体製造方法。
