Claims (9)
- チョコレート製品からバリを除去するための装置であって、コンベヤベルト、ヒータ、ブルノーズ、ピックアップベルト、および前記ブルノーズとピックアップベルトとの間に提供される隙間を有し、
前記コンベヤベルトがベルト経路に沿って動くように適用されており、該ベルト経路が、
前記コンベヤベルトが前記ヒータと熱的に接触している第1の区域、および
前記コンベヤベルトが前記ブルノーズと接触している第2の区域、
を備え、
よって、前記第1の区域において前記コンベヤベルト上で移動している、バリ付きチョコレート製品は、該チョコレート製品の底およびバリが、前記ブルノーズに到達する前に該チョコレート製品の底を溶融したりテンパリングを損なったりせずに、前記バリの少なくとも一部分を溶融するのに十分な時間に亘り十分な温度に曝露され、
前記チョコレート製品が、前記コンベヤベルトが前記ブルノーズ上を通過するときに、該コンベヤベルトから解放され、さらに前記ピックアップベルト上に移される一方で、前記バリの少なくとも一部分が該コンベヤベルト上に保持されることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記チョコレート製品の底および前記バリをチョコレートが硬化する温度より低い温度まで冷却するように適用された、前記コンベヤベルトがクーラと熱的に接触している、前記第1の区域の前にある前記ベルト経路内に位置する冷却区域をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記ヒータが、前記コンベヤベルトの表面と熱的に接触する上面を持つ加熱された金属板を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- 前記チョコレート製品の底の表面温度を測定するための、前記ベルト経路内の前記ブルノーズの直後に配置された温度センサをさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の装置。
- チョコレート製品からバリを除去する方法において、
チョコレートが硬化する温度より低い温度まで冷却されたバリ付きチョコレート製品を提供する工程、
コンベヤベルトの第1の表面上でバリ付きチョコレート製品を搬送し、よって、前記バリの少なくとも一部分が該コンベヤベルトと接触する工程であって、該コンベヤベルトが前記第1の表面と反対の第2の表面を有するものである工程、
前記コンベヤベルトの第1の表面上にある前記チョコレート製品の底および前記バリを、該チョコレート製品の底を溶融したりテンパリングを損なったりせずに、前記バリの少なくとも一部分を溶融するのに十分な時間に亘り十分な温度に曝露し、よって、該バリの少なくとも一部分が前記コンベヤベルトの第1の表面に付着する工程、および
前記コンベヤベルトをブルノーズの周りに通過させ、それによって、前記チョコレート製品を該コンベヤベルトから解放する一方で、前記バリの少なくとも一部分を該コンベヤベルト上に保持する工程、
を有してなる方法。 - 前記チョコレート製品の底および前記バリが、該チョコレート製品を前記第1の区域の熱に曝露する前に、前記コンベヤベルト上で冷却されて、冷却されたチョコレート製品が提供されることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記コンベヤベルトを、該コンベヤベルトの第2の表面と熱的に接触する、約40℃から約50℃の温度を持つ加熱された金属板で加熱する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記コンベヤベルトから解放された前記チョコレート製品を第2の搬送装置に移送する工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
- 前記チョコレート製品が被覆製品であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の方法。
