Claims (6)
- 曲面形状を有する台座の曲面上に、貼着面に対向する面に複数の超音波振動子を保持した可撓性シートが貼着されてなる超音波プローブを貼着する曲面貼着方法において、
前記台座の曲面および前記可撓性シートの貼着面に、いずれの方向にも線対称でなく、前記曲面と前記貼着面とが1つの相対位置でのみ嵌合する凹凸形状を設け、両者を嵌合させることにより、前記台座の曲面上に前記可撓性シートを貼着することを特徴とする曲面貼着方法。 - 曲面形状を有する台座の曲面上に、貼着面に対向する面に複数の超音波振動子を保持した可撓性シートが貼着されてなる超音波プローブにおいて、
前記台座の曲面および前記可撓性シートの貼着面に相対応し嵌合する凹凸形状が設けられており、前記超音波振動子は、前記可撓性シートの湾曲方向に沿って所定の間隔で配設されており、前記貼着面の凹凸形状は、隣接する超音波振動子の間に位置する溝からなることを特徴とする超音波プローブ。 - 前記溝は、ダイシングによって形成されたものであることを特徴とする請求項2記載の超音波プローブ。
- 曲面形状を有する台座の曲面上に、貼着面に対向する面に複数の超音波振動子を保持した可撓性シートが貼着されてなる超音波プローブにおいて、
前記台座の曲面および前記可撓性シートの貼着面に相対応し嵌合する凹凸形状が設けられており、前記曲面および前記貼着面上の凹凸形状は、いずれの方向にも線対称でなく、前記曲面と前記貼着面とが1つの相対位置でのみ嵌合することを特徴とする超音波プローブ。 - 前記複数の超音波振動子が配設された面の前記湾曲方向に沿う断面形状は、ほぼ多角形状となっていることを特徴とする請求項2ないし4いずれか1項に記載の超音波プローブ。
- 前記台座および前記可撓性シートは、バッキング材からなることを特徴とする請求項2ないし5いずれか1項に記載の超音波プローブ。
