Description
前記生体診断装置により被写体を観察した際の像面における蛍光部以外の分光特性が以下の式を満足することを特徴とするものである。
0.005≦I(λp +Δ)/I(λp )≦0.5 ・・・(1)
ただし、λp は分光強度が最大となる波長(nm)、I(λp )はそのときの分光強度を表す。
前記励起カットフィルタ透過後の光の色度座標(x,y)が、以下の式を満足することを特徴とするものである。
本発明のさらにもう1つの生体診断装置は、生体組織の蛍光反応による生体診断装置であり、光源、光源光学系、及び、前記光源からの照明光を生体まで導く光伝送系と、前記光源と前記光伝送系の間に設置された光源フィルタと、生体からの光を像面まで導く像伝送系と、前記像伝送系内に設置された励起カットフィルタとを備え、前記光源フィルタは蛍光励起波長を含む第1の透過領域と、第2の透過領域を持ち、前記励起カットフィルタの透過率特性が、前記光源フィルタの前記第2の透過領域を含む装置において、
前記生体診断装置により被写体を観察した際の像面における蛍光部以外の分光特性が以下の式を満足することを特徴とするものである。

ただし、λp は分光強度が最大となる波長(nm)、I(λp )はそのときの分光強度を表す。

条件式(2)の範囲を図8中に破線で囲って示す。この条件式(2)のそれぞれ上限0.21、0.23を越えると、背景色が白色に近くなり、蛍光部と背景部の色のコントラストの低下を招き、蛍光部(病変部)が見難くなり、見落とす確率が高くなる。条件式(2)のそれぞれ下限0.16、0.04を越えると、極端に青色単色となってしまい、望ましくない。また、視感度を考慮すると、観察系に取り込む励起光のエネルギーが同じとしても、背景が暗くなってしまい、蛍光部以外の反射像が観察し難くなるという不具合が起こる。

Claims (1)
- 生体組織の蛍光反応による生体診断装置であり、光源、光源光学系、及び、前記光源からの照明光を生体まで導く光伝送系と、前記光源と前記光伝送系の間に設置された励起光フィルタと、生体からの光を像面まで導く像伝送系と、前記像伝送系内に設置された励起カットフィルタとを備え、前記励起光フィルタを透過した照明光の分光特性と前記励起カットフィルタの透過率特性がオーバーラップ部分を有する生体診断装置において、
前記生体診断装置により被写体を観察した際の前記励起カットフィルタ透過後の蛍光部以外の光の色度座標(x,y)が、以下の式を満足するように、前記励起光フィルタを透過した照明光の分光特性と前記励起カットフィルタの透過率特性とが設定されていることを特徴とする生体診断装置。
