Claims (10)
- 光学的な位置測定装置の走査ユニットであって、この走査ユニットが、
光線束(L)によってスケール(1)を照射するための光源(4)を有し、および、
このスケール(1)によって位置に依存して変調された光線束(L)を検出するための検出器(7)を有しており、
その際、その内側空間内において光線束(L)が指向する、走査ユニット(2)の該内側空間(IR)が、外側空間(AR)に対して防塵的に閉鎖されており、且つ、
この内側空間(IR)が、透明体(5、6)によって閉鎖されており、この透明体を通って、この光線束(L)が貫通する様式の上記走査ユニットにおいて、
内側空間(IR)が、外側空間(AR)とフィルター(13)を介して結合されており、このフィルターが、防塵的に、しかしながらガス透過的、および蒸気透過的であるように構成されていることを特徴とする走査ユニット。 - フィルター(13)は、液状の形態の水に関して通過不能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の走査ユニット。
- フィルター(13)は、多孔性の材料から成っていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の走査ユニット。
- フィルター(13)は、焼結材料から成っていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の走査ユニット。
- 内側空間(IR)が、光線束(L)によって光を通されること、および、
この内側空間が、一方の側からレンズ(5)によって、および、他方の側で走査板(6)によって境界されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか一つに記載の走査ユニット。 - 2つの対象物(9、12)の相対的な位置を測定するための測定装置であって、この位置測定装置が、
スケール(1)およびこのスケール(1)に対して相対的に測定方向(X)に移動可能な走査ユニット(2)を有し、
光線束(L)によってスケール(1)を照射するための光源(4)を有し、および、
このスケール(1)によって位置に依存して変調された光線束(L)を検出するための検出器(7)を有しており、
その際、その内側空間内において光線束(L)が指向する、走査ユニット(2)の該内側空間(IR)が、走査ユニット(2)の外側空間(AR)に対して防塵的に閉鎖されており、且つ、
この内側空間(IR)が、透明体(5、6)によって閉鎖されており、この透明体を通って、この光線束(L)が貫通する様式の上記位置測定装置において、
内側空間(IR)が、外側空間(AR)とフィルター(13)を介して結合されており、このフィルターが、防塵的に、しかしながらガス透過的、および蒸気透過的であるように構成されていることを特徴とする位置測定装置。 - 内側空間(IR)が、光線束(L)によって通過されること、および、
この内側空間(IR)が、スケール(1)から離間して相対して位置して設けられている走査板(6)によって境界されており、この走査板を通ってこの光線束(L)がこのスケール(1)の上に照射するように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の位置測定装置。 - 走査ユニット(2)は、案内要素(25)を介して、スケール(1)に沿って支持されていることを特徴とする請求項6または7に記載の位置測定装置。
- スケール(1)および走査ユニット(2)は、ケーシング(8)の内側に配設されており、その際、このケーシング(8)の中空空間が、この走査ユニット(2)の外側空間(AR)であることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の位置測定装置。
- ケーシング(8)が、測定されるべき対象物の一方の対象物(9)に沿って固定可能であり、且つ、弾性的な封隙要素(10)でもって閉鎖された開口部を有しており、この開口部を通って、走査ユニット(2)のための連行体(11)が貫通把持されており、その際、この連行体(11)が、測定されるべき対象物の他方の対象物(12)と結合可能であるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の位置測定装置。
