Claims (17)
- 走査ユニット(23)、測定部分(13)、走査ユニット(23)と測定部分(13)が走査間隔(D)で互いに相対的に回転自在に配置されていて、走査ユニット(23)により角度依存型出力信号(A,B)が発生でき、その出力信号が評価電子部(25)で再処理できる評価電子部(25)と、出力信号(A,B)の信号振幅(Lact )を決定するユニット(25.12a)を包含する磁界変調する角度測定装置において、角度測定装置は温度センサー(25.11)を包含し、そのセンサーによって温度(T)が角度測定装置において決定できており、そしてこの角度測定装置は温度(T)と信号振幅(Lact )の基づいて走査間隔(D)が決定できる形式で構成されることを特徴とする磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- 信号振幅(Lact )を決定するユニット(25.12a)は制御ユニット(25,12)に付属されており、この制御ユニット(25.12)は出力信号(A,B)の信号振幅(Lact )が設定量(S)への作用により目標振幅値(Lset )からの所定偏差(δ)を超過されないように、構成されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- 走査間隔(D)を決定するために、この角度測定装置は測定部分(13)の走査ユニット(23)の間の相対回転数(n)を決定する回路(25.13)を包含することを特徴とする請求項1或いは請求項2に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- 評価電子部(25)は、これによって走査間隔(D)が決定できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- 評価電子部(25)は、これによって走査間隔(D)のディジタル値が決定できるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- この角度測定装置はインターフェイスを有し、そのインターフェイスを介して走査間隔(D)の値が連続電子部に伝達できることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- 評価電子部(25)はASIC構成要素(25.1)を包含することを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- 温度センサー(25.11)は評価電子部(25)に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- 温度センサー(25.11)はASIC構成要素(25.1)に一体化されることを特徴とする請求項7或いは請求項8に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- この角度測定装置は軸(1)がその回転角度(α)を測定され、角度測定装置により包囲して収容され得るように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- この角度測定装置は誘導式角度測定装置として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置。
- 走査ユニット(23)と測定部分(13)を包含し、それらは相対的に互いに回転自在であり、走査において角度依存型出力信号(A,B)が発生される、磁界変調する角度測定装置を作動する方法において、この方法は次の行程a)−c)を包含し:
a)出力信号(A,B)の信号振幅(Lact )を決定し、
b)角度測定装置における温度(T)を検出し、
c)信号振幅(Lact )と検出された温度(T)に基づいて走査間隔(D)を決定することを特徴とする方法。 - 出力信号(A,B)の前もって決定された信号振幅(Lact )と目標振幅値(Lset )との間の偏差(δ)が決定され、偏差(δ)の値に依存して、目標によって偏差(δ)を所定限界内に保持する設定量(S)が検出され、設定量(S)に基づいて走査間隔(D)が決定されることを特徴とする請求項12の記載の磁界変調する角度測定装置を作動する方法。
- 角度測定装置が軸(1)に固定されており、さらに、軸(1)の長さ変更(Δ)が角度測定装置の外部の軸(1)上の点のために走査間隔(D)に基づいて決定されることを特徴とする請求項12或いは請求項13に記載の方法。
- 走査ユニット(23)と測定部分(13)の間の相対回転数(n)が検出され、そして走査間隔(D)の決定はこの回転数(n)に基づいていることを特徴とする請求項12乃至14のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 評価電子部(25)では同時に角度依存型出力信号(A,B)が処理されて、温度(T)が検出されることを特徴とする請求項12乃至15のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 角度測定装置は誘導式角度測定装置として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項12乃至16のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
