Description
(ヒートトレース組立体502)

Claims (18)
- ヒートトレース組立体であって:
一対のバス導体と、バス導体を囲み発熱体として機能する半導体高分子材料と、半導体高分子材料を囲む絶縁材料と、絶縁材料を取り囲む外側絶縁ジャケットとを備えるヒートトレース部;
このヒートトレース部を囲む断熱ジャケット;
このヒートトレース部と断熱ジャケットの間に配置してある複数の間隔保持片;並びに
複数の空間であり、空間の各々は、このヒートトレース部と断熱ジャケットの間および隣り合う間隔保持片の間に作ってある、複数の空間を含む組立体。 - 請求項1によるヒートトレース組立体に於いて、上記間隔保持片が上記断熱ジャケットと一体に作ってある組立体。
- 請求項1によるヒートトレース組立体に於いて、上記間隔保持片が上記ヒートトレース部と一体に作ってある組立体。
- 請求項1によるヒートトレース組立体に於いて、上記間隔保持片が上記断熱ジャケットに組付けてある別々の部品である組立体。
- 請求項1によるヒートトレース組立体に於いて、上記間隔保持片が上記ヒートトレース部に組付けてある別々の部品である組立体。
- 請求項1によるヒートトレース組立体に於いて、上記間隔保持片がフィンである組立体。
- 請求項1によるヒートトレース組立体に於いて、上記間隔保持片の各々が上記断熱ジャケットの半径方向内方表面から突き出して半径方向内方端部を形成し、当該半径方向内方端部は上記ヒートトレース部と物理的に接触して上記ヒートトレース部を上記断熱ジャケット内に同心に配置する組立体。
- 請求項1によるヒートトレース組立体に於いて、上記複数の空間が断熱材料又はアルミ箔で埋めてある組立体。
- 請求項1によるヒートトレース組立体に於いて、上記断熱ジャケットが更に、上記断熱ジャケットの外壁と内壁の間を縦に伸びる複数の室を含む組立体。
- 請求項9によるヒートトレース組立体に於いて、上記複数の室が断熱材料又は低放射率材料で埋めてある組立体。
- 一対のバス導体と、バス導体を囲み発熱体として機能する半導体高分子材料と、半導体高分子材料を囲む絶縁材料と、絶縁材料を取り囲む外側絶縁ジャケットとを備える少なくても一つのヒートトレース部を有する加熱システムに使うための断熱ジャケットであって、この断熱ジャケットがこの断熱ジャケットの内面から半径方向内方へ延びてヒートトレース部に接触する複数の間隔保持片を含み、そこでこのヒートトレース部と断熱ジャケットの間およびこれらの間隔保持片の間に空間が形成されるジャケット。
- 請求項11による断熱ジャケットに於いて、上記間隔保持片が上記断熱ジャケットと一体に作ってあるジャケット。
- 請求項11による断熱ジャケットに於いて、上記間隔保持片が上記断熱ジャケットに組付けてある別々の部品であるジャケット。
- 請求項11による断熱ジャケットであって、複数の円周方向セグメントおよび少なくとも一つの縮減領域を含み、円周方向に隣り合う円周方向セグメントは当該縮減領域を介して相互に接続され、当該縮減領域の半径方向断面積は円周方向に隣り合う当該円周方向セグメントの各々の半径方向断面積より小さく、円周方向に隣り合う当該円周方向セグメントの各々が当該縮減領域に対して回転することを可能にするジャケット。
- 請求項14による断熱ジャケットに於いて、上記セグメントおよび縮減領域は、上記断熱ジャケットが単一の、一体品であるように、上記断熱ジャケットと一体に作ってあるジャケット。
- 請求項11による断熱ジャケットに於いて、上記間隔保持片が上記断熱ジャケットの全長に亘って縦に伸びるジャケット。
- 請求項11による断熱ジャケットに於いて、上記間隔保持片が上記断熱ジャケットの周りに円周方向に伸びるジャケット。
- 請求項11による断熱ジャケットに於いて、上記間隔保持片が上記断熱ジャケットの全長に亘って不連続であるジャケット。
