Claims (16)
- エラストマー本体と、

前記少なくとも1つの歯の外周面に沿って配置され、かつ0.57mm〜約0.75mmの範囲にある圧縮ジャケット厚さを有するジャケットと、
前記本体に埋設され、かつコード直径を有する少なくとも1本のコードとを備え、
前記少なくとも1本のコード及び前記ジャケットが、1.8未満の前記ジャケット厚さに対する前記コード直径の比を有し、
前記コード直径及び前記ジャケット厚さが、約1.2mm以下の光学ベルトPLDを描くとともに、
前記ベルトは設計PLDを有するプーリに噛み合い可能であり、かつ前記ベルトPLDが、前記設計PLDより大きいことを特徴とする歯付きベルト。 - エラストマー本体と、
前記本体によって形成される少なくとも1つの歯と、
前記少なくとも1つの歯の外周面に沿って配置され、かつ0.5mm〜約0.8mmの範囲にある圧縮ジャケット厚さを有するジャケットと、
前記本体に埋設され、かつコード直径を有する少なくとも1本のコードとを備え、
前記少なくとも1本のコード及び前記ジャケットが、1.5未満の前記ジャケット厚さに対する前記コード直径の比を有し、
前記コード直径及び前記ジャケット厚さが、約1.2mm以下の光学ベルトPLDを描くとともに、
前記ベルトは設計PLDを有するプーリに噛み合い可能であり、かつ前記ベルトPLDが、前記設計PLDより大きいことを特徴とする歯付きベルト。 - 前記少なくとも1本のコードは、炭素、PBO、並びに炭素、ガラス、アラミド、及びPBOから選択された少なくとも2つの混成物から選択される繊維物質から形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯付きベルト。
- 前記ベルトは、0.85mm〜約1.1mmの範囲にある光学PLDを有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯付きベルト。
- 前記ベルトPLDが、前記設計PLDより約0.09mm〜約0.51mm大きいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯付きベルト。
- 前記少なくとも1本のコードが炭素繊維を備え、かつ前記コード直径が約0.5mm〜約0.95mmの範囲にあることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯付きベルト。
- 前記少なくとも1本のコードが、中心炭素繊維芯糸と前記芯糸の周りに配置された複数のガラス繊維とによって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯付きベルト。
- 前記少なくとも1本のコードは、12K−1、6K−2、3K−4、6K−1、3K−1、及び3K−2から選択される炭素繊維構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯付きベルト。
- 前記ジャケットが、約0.57mm〜約0.75mmの圧縮厚さを有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の歯付きベルト。
- 前記コード直径が0.85mmより大きいことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の歯付きベルト。
- 前記コードが、炭素、PBO、アラミド、ガラス、高強度ガラス、及びこれらの混成物から選択される繊維材料を備えることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の歯付きベルト。
- 所定の設計PLDを有し、少なくとも駆動体及び従動プーリと、前記プーリに駆動的に噛み合う歯付きベルトを備え、前記歯付きベルトが
