Claims (6)
- ハイブリッド通信ケーブルコネクタ装置であって、
開放第一端部と開放第二端部とを備える内部キャビティを確定する第一の二部品筐体と、
開放第一端部と開放第二端部とを備える内部キャビティを確定する第二の二部品筐体と、
を具備する、ハイブリッド通信ケーブルコネクタ装置において、
前記第一筐体の内部キャビティの第二端部は、少なくとも一つの光ファイバと少なくとも一つの金属電線導電体とを包含する第一通信ケーブルを受容するための大きさに作られ、前記光ファイバは光ファイバコネクタによって終端になり、前記金属電線はピンコネクタによって終端になり、
前記内部キャビティは、前記第一通信ケーブルの少なくとも一つの光ファイバを終端にする前記光ファイバコネクタを配置される第一凹部と、前記第一通信ケーブルの少なくとも一つの金属電線を終端にする前記ピンコネクタを配置される第二凹部とを包含し、
前記第二筐体の内部キャビティの第二端部は、少なくとも一つの光ファイバと少なくとも一つの金属電線導電体とを包含する第二通信ケーブルを受容するための大きさに作られ、前記光ファイバは光ファイバコネクタによって終端になり、前記金属電線はピンコネクタによって終端になり、
前記第二筐体の内部キャビティは、前記第二通信ケーブルの少なくとも一つの光ファイバを終端にする前記光ファイバコネクタを挿入する光ファイバアダプタを配置される第一凹部と、前記第二通信ケーブルの少なくとも一つの金属電線を終端にする前記ピンコネクタを配置される第二凹部とを包含し、前記光ファイバアダプタは前記第二筐体の内部キャビティの中に取り外し可能に取り付けられているスタンドアロン型のアダプタであり、
前記第一と第二の筐体の第一端部は、スタンドアロン型の前記光ファイバアダプタ内に受容される前記第一通信ケーブルの少なくとも一つの光ファイバを終端にする前記光ファイバコネクタの光ファイバコネクタによって、及び嵌合された前記第一と第二の通信ケーブルの少なくとも一つの金属電線を終端にする前記ピンコネクタによって、互いに係合するようになっている、
ハイブリッド通信ケーブルコネクタ装置。 - 前記第一の二部品筐体が、前記第一通信ケーブルの強度部材を受容し保持するためのクランプを包含する、請求項1に記載のハイブリッド通信ケーブルコネクタ装置。
- 第一と第二の筐体の部分を備える外部筐体を具備する、ハイブリッドケーブルコネクタであって、
前記第一と第二の筐体の部分は、第一開放端部から第二開放端部に延在する内部キャビティを形成するために協同し、
前記キャビティは、前記第一端部でケーブル導入口を画定し、
前記キャビティは、前記第二端部に隣接し前記第二開放部を介してアクセス可能な、光ファイバアダプタとピンコネクタとを包含し、前記光ファイバアダプタは、第一光ファイバコネクタを受容するための第一端部と、第二光ファイバコネクタを受容するための第二端部とを含んでいて、前記第一光ファイバコネクタに光学的に接続されるようになっており、前記光ファイバアダプタは前記内部キャビテの中に取り外し可能に取り付けられているスタンドアロン型のアダプタであり、
前記第一端部と前記アダプタ及びピンコネクタとの間のキャビティは、前記キャビティ導入口を介して配置される銅線/光ファイバのハイブリッドケーブルから延伸する光ファイバコネクタで終端となる光ファイバの少なくとも一つのより線と、少なくとも一つの銅導線とを受容するための大きさに作られ、
前記第一と第二の筐体部分は、前記第一端部と第二端部との間のキャビティにアクセス可能にするために、互いに取外し可能に取付けられる、
ハイブリッドケーブルコネクタ。 - 前記キャビティ内へ前記ケーブル導入口を介して延伸するハイブリッドケーブルをさらに具備し、前記ハイブリッドケーブルが、前記光ファイバアダプタ内に挿入される光ファイバコネクタで終端となる少なくとも一つの光ファイバのより線と、前記ピンコネクタで終端となる少なくとも一つの銅導線とを包含する、請求項3に記載のハイブリッドケーブルコネクタ。
- 光ファイバアダプタと銅コネクタとを含んでいる差し込み継手に接続するためのハイブリッドケーブルコネクタであって、
第一筐体部分と第二筐体部分とを備えた筐体を具備するハイブリッドコネクタにおいて、
前記第一と第二の筐体部分は、第一開放端部から第二開放端部に延在する内部キャビティを形成するために協働し、
前記内部キャビティの第二端部は、少なくとも一つの光ファイバと少なくとも一つの金属電線とを包含するハイブリッドケーブルを受容するための大きさに作られ、前記光ファイバは第一光ファイバコネクタによって終端になり、前記金属電線は第一ピンコネクタによって終端になり、前記第一ピンコネクタはコネクタの筐体を含んでおり、
前記内部キャビティは、前記ハイブリッドケーブルの少なくとも一つの光ファイバを終端にする前記第一光ファイバコネクタが配置されている第一凹部と、前記ハイブリッドケーブルの少なくとも一つの金属電線を終端にする前記第一ピンコネクタが配置されている第二凹部とを包含し、
前記筐体が第一開放端部において前記差し込み継手に差し込まれると、前記第一光ファイバコネクタは前記差し込み継手の前記光ファイバアダプタに接続可能であり、そして前記第一ピンコネクタは前記差し込み継手の前記銅コネクタに接続可能であって、
前記第一筐体部分と第二筐体部分とは、前記第一光ファイバコネクタ及び第一ピンコネクタにアクセスするために分割可能であり、
前記第一光ファイバコネクターと、前記第一光ファイバコネクタによって終端になっている少なくとも一つの光ファイバは前記内部キャビティから取り外し可能であり、第二光ファイバを終端にしている第二光ファイバコネクタは前記内部キャビティの中に設置されていてもよくて、前記第二光ファイバコネクタは前記第一光ファイバコネクタと同一の構造であって、前記筐体が前記差し込み継手に再差し込みされると、前記第二光ファイバコネクタは前記差し込み継手の前記第一光ファイバアダプタに接続可能であり、そして前記第一ピンコネクタは前記差し込み継手の前記銅コネクタに接続可能であって、
前記ハイブリッドケーブルコネクタは、前記第一光ファイバコネクタを前記内部キャビティから取り外ずすことができるように、そして前記第二光ファイバを終端とする前記第二光ファイバコネクタにより交換することができるように、形成されており、前記第二光ファイバコネクタは、前記第一光ファイバアダプタと同一な構造である第一光ファイバアダプタに取り付けることができ、前記第二光ファイバコネクタは、前記コネクタの第一筐体部分と第二筐体部分とにより形成された前記内部キャビティの外側の前記光ファイバアダプタに取り付け可能である、
ハイブリッドケーブルコネクタ。 - さらに複数の第一光ファイバコネクタと、前記内部コネクタにより受容される複数の第一ピンコネクタとを有している、請求項5に記載のハイブリッドケーブルコネクタ。
