Claims (11)
- それぞれがカニューレ部を備えた複数のねじと、
第一端部、第二端部および中間部を備えた少なくとも1つのスクリュウドライバ部材と、を有し、前記第一端部は、骨に孔をドリリングするように構成されたカッティングブレードを備え、前記中間部は、前記複数のねじのカニューレ部内に受入れられ且つ回転しないように固定された外面を備え、
前記スクリュウドライバ部材の中間部に配置されたスプリングを更に有し、このスプリングは、前記中間部に係合する近位端部と、前記複数のねじの最近位側のねじのヘッド部分に係合する遠位端部と、を備え、前記スプリングは、前記スクリュウドライバ部材の第一端部へ向けて前記複数のねじを付勢するようになっており、
前記中間部に前記ねじを軸線方向に保持するスリーブを更に有し、
少なくとも1つの骨プレートを更に有する、ことを特徴とするカニューレねじシステムキット。 - 第一端部および第二端部および中間部を備えた少なくとも第二スクリュウドライバ部材を有し、中間部は、複数のカニューレねじを受入れるサイズを有しかつ構成されており、第二スクリュウドライバ部材は更に、第一端部および第二端部を備えたスプリング部材を備え、第一端部は前記第二スクリュウドライバの中間部と係合するように構成され、第二端部は1つのねじのヘッド部分と係合して、ねじを前記第二スクリュウドライバの第一端部の方向に押圧するように構成され、前記スリーブは、前記ねじを前記第二スクリュウドライバ部材の中間部に対して軸線方向に保持していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のカニューレねじシステムキット。
- 骨ファスナシステムであって、
少なくとも第一ファスナ部材及び第二ファスナ部材を有し、これらの第一ファスナ部材及び第二ファスナ部材のそれぞれは、カニューレ部と、骨と係合しかつ骨に切込むことができる少なくとも1つの刃溝と、を備え、
前記骨ファスナシステムは、第一端部、第二端部、及び中間部を備えたスクリュウドライバ部材を有し、前記第一端部は、骨に孔をドリリングするように構成されたカッティングブレードを備えており、前記中間部は、前記第一ファスナ部材及び第二ファスナ部材のカニューレ部を所定長さ貫いて延び、
前記スクリュウドライバ部材の中間部に配置されたスプリングを更に有し、このスプリングは、前記中間部に係合する近位端部と、前記第一ファスナ部材及び第二ファスナ部材の最近位側の一方のヘッド部分に係合する遠位端部と、を備え、前記スプリングは、前記スクリュウドライバ部材の第一端部へ向けて前記第一ファスナ部材及び第二ファスナ部材を付勢するようになっており、
前記中間部に前記第一ファスナ部材及び第二ファスナ部材を軸線方向に保持するスリーブを更に有し、
前記中間部は、前記第一ファスナ部材及び前記第二ファスナ部材のカニューレ部内に配置されるように構成された外面を備え、前記第一ファスナ部材及び第二ファスナ部材は前記スクリュウドライバ部材に対して回転しないように固定されていることを特徴とする骨ファスナシステム。 - 骨ファスナシステムであって、
複数のねじ付きファスナ部材を有し、これらのねじ付きファスナ部材のそれぞれがヘッド部分と、カニューレ部と、前記ファスナ部材の遠位端に骨と係合しかつ骨に切込むことができる少なくとも1つの刃溝と、を備え、これらのファスナ部材は、前記カニューレ部によって定められる内面を備え、
前記骨ファスナシステムは、遠位端部、近位端部、及びこれらの遠位端部及び近位端部の間に位置する中間部を備えたスクリュウドライバ部材を有し、前記遠位端部は、骨に孔をドリリングするように構成されたカッティングブレードを備え、前記近位端部は、回転駆動を伝達するツール係合部分を備え、前記中間部は、前記ファスナ部材のカニューレ部内に受入れられ且つ複数のファスナ部材のカニューレ部の内面に係合するように構成された多角形の外面を備え、
前記骨ファスナシステムは、前記スクリュウドライバ部材の中間部に配置されたスプリングを有し、このスプリングは、前記中間部と係合するように構成された近位端部と、近位側の前記ファスナ部材のヘッド部分と係合するように構成された遠位端部と、を備え、前記スプリングは、前記近位側のファスナ部材を前記スクリュウドライバ部材の遠位端の方向に押圧するように構成され、
前記スクリュウドライバ部材の中間部の外面及び前記ファスナ部材のカニューレ部は、前記スクリュウドライバ部材が前記ファスナ部材に対して回転しないように固定され、前記ファスナ部材は、前記カッティングブレードが骨に孔をドリリングするときに骨内にねじ込まれ、
更に、前記ファスナ部材を前記スクリュウドライバ部材の中間部に対して軸線方向に保持するためのスリーブを有していることを特徴とする骨ファスナシステム。 - 前記スリーブの少なくとも一部は少なくとも部分的に透明であることを特徴とする請求項4記載の骨ファスナシステム。
- 前記スリーブは、前記スクリュウドライバ部材の遠位端部に隣接して配置された遠位端部を備え、前記スリーブは、このスリーブの遠位端部に配置されたリップを備え、このリップは、遠位側の前記ファスナ部材のヘッド部分に係合解除可能に係合されることを特徴とする請求項4記載の骨ファスナシステム。
- 前記スリーブは、前記スクリュウドライバ部材の遠位端部に隣接して配置された遠位端部を備え、前記スリーブは、更に、ファスナ部材のヘッド部分に係合解除可能に係合された複数の脚を備えていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の骨ファスナシステム。
- 骨ファスナシステムであって、

前記骨ファスナシステムは、多角形の前記中間部に対して軸線方向に保持するためのスリーブを有し、このスリーブは、凹部または突出部を備えた内面と、ラチェットスライドスロットと、を備え、
前記骨ファスナシステムは、前記スクリュウドライバ部材の中間部に配置されたラチェットシステムを有し、このラチェットシステムは、凹部または突出部を備えた摺動部材を備え、この摺動部材は、前記ファスナ部材を、前記スクリュウドライバ部材の遠位端部の方向に軸線方向に前進させて骨内に挿入させるための前記ラチェットスライドスロット内にスライドさせるように構成され、前記ラチェットシステムは、更に、スリーブ内を前記スクリュウドライバ部材の中間部に沿って摺動するように位置決めされたプランジャを備え、このプランジャは、前記摺動部材およびスリーブの凹部または突出部と係合するように構成された脚部材を備え、前記プランジャは、遠位側の前記ファスナ部材のヘッドと係合するように構成された遠位端部を備え、
前記中間部の外面及び前記ファスナ部材のカニューレ部は、前記スクリュウドライバ部材が前記ファスナ部材に対して回転しないように固定され、前記ファスナ部材は、前記カッティングブレードが骨に孔をドリリングすると骨内にねじ込まれることを特徴とする骨ファスナシステム。 - 前記スリーブの少なくとも一部は少なくとも部分的に透明であることを特徴とする請求項8記載の骨ファスナシステム。
- 前記スリーブは、前記スクリュウドライバ部材の遠位端部に隣接して配置された遠位端部を備え、前記スリーブは、このスリーブの遠位端部に配置されたリップを備え、このリップは、遠位側の前記ファスナ部材のヘッド部分に係合解除可能に係合されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の骨ファスナシステム。
- 前記スリーブは、前記スクリュウドライバ部材の遠位端部に隣接して配置された遠位端部を備え、前記スリーブは、更に、遠位側の前記ファスナ部材のヘッド部分に係合解除可能に係合された複数の脚を備えていることを特徴とする請求項8記載の骨ファスナシステム。
