Claims (2)
- 供給された空気圧に応じた動力を発生する空気圧アクチュエータを備え、流体を排出すると共に該空気圧アクチュエータによって発生された動力に応じて作動することにより前記流体の排出量が調整可能な流体排出装置と、
前記流体排出装置から排出される流体の排出量に対応する大きさの排出量電流を出力する電流出力装置と、
前記排出量電流が入力されるように該電流出力装置に接続され、入力された前記排出量電流の大きさを所定の大きさに調整し、調整して得られた調整済み電流を出力する出力手段、前記排出量電流が入力されるように該電流出力装置に接続され、入力された前記排出量電流の大きさが閾値以下のときにローレベル信号を出力し、入力された前記排出量電流の大きさが閾値を超えたときにハイレベル信号を出力する比較器、前記出力手段から前記調整済み電流が入力されるように該出力手段に接続された第1端子、該第1端子に入力された前記調整済み電流を出力する第2端子、及び前記ローレベル信号と前記ハイレベル信号とが入力されるように該比較器に接続された制御端子を備え、該制御端子に前記ローレベル信号が入力された場合に前記第1端子及び前記第2端子間を導通し、前記制御端子に前記ハイレベル信号が入力された場合に前記第1端子及び前記第2端子間を非導通にする電子スイッチ、並びに前記第2端子に接続されると共に該第2端子から入力された前記調整済み電流の大きさに対応した空気圧を前記空気圧アクチュエータに供給する電空変換器を有する電空コントローラと、
を含む流体排出システムであって、
前記電空コントローラは、
一端が前記比較器の出力端子に接続されかつ他端が前記電子スイッチの前記制御端子に接続されると共に、オン状態の場合にのみ、前記電子スイッチの前記第1端子及び前記第2端子間の導通を可能にする第1の選択スイッチ、又は、
一端が前記電子スイッチの前記第1の端子に接続されかつ他端が前記電子スイッチの前記第2の端子に接続されると共に、オフ状態の場合にのみ、前記電子スイッチの前記第1端子及び前記第2端子間の導通を可能にする第2の選択スイッチ
を更に備えたことを特徴とする体排出システム。 - 前記電子スイッチは、前記第1端子及び前記第2端子間を導通可能な状態と導通不可能な状態との間で切り替えるトランジスタ又はリレーである請求項1または請求項2に記載の流体排出システム。
