Claims (12)
- 血圧の非侵襲的測定を実現するための方法であって、
(A) カフの動作に呼応した、光学的プレチスモグラフからの振動波形によって表される脈信号から得られるところの、それぞれ、収縮血圧および拡張血圧を示す第1入力信号および第2入力信号を獲得する工程、
(B) 次のb1〜b4の手順、即ち、
b1) 検査対象領域にある動脈の外側から、既知の振幅と頻度を持つ圧信号としてのパルス信号を誘発し、
b2) 前記誘発パルス信号と心臓脈信号を合成したものとなっているところの、前記カフよりも遠位側における脈波を前記光学的プレチスモグラフの電圧信号として検出すると共に、その電圧信号を増幅し、
b3) 前記検出及び増幅した信号から、心臓脈信号と誘発パルス信号とを分離し、
b4) 前記誘発パルス信号と心臓脈信号の相対的振幅、及び、前記誘発パルス信号における既知の振幅に基づいて脈圧を計算する、
という手順により、収縮血圧と拡張血圧との差として特徴付けられる脈圧を示す信号を追跡する工程、
(C) 光学的プレチスモグラフの電圧信号、および誘発パルス信号の振幅信号を監視することにより、平均血圧を示す第3信号を測定する工程、並びに、
(D) 前記脈圧を示す信号および前記平均血圧を示す第3信号を処理して収縮血圧および拡張血圧を示す測定値を獲得する工程、
を経ることを特徴とする方法。 - 拡張血圧を示す第2入力信号を獲得することは、第2入力信号を分析して該信号の最大振幅を特定することを含み、この最大振幅は拡張血圧を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光学的プレチスモグラフは光源と検出器を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記光源は、発光ダイオード、レーザー、または白熱電灯であることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記検出器は、フォトセル、または光抵抗性デバイスの内のいずれかであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 誘発パルス信号に対する静脈反応を抑えることをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記静脈反応を抑えることは、誘発パルス信号に対して適当な頻度を選択すること、および/または、興味の領域に一定圧を印加することの内から選ばれる少なくとも一つを含むことを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記平均血圧を示す第3信号を連続的に測定する工程は、平均血圧に比例するところの、前記電圧信号と振幅信号の関数を計算することをさらに含み、
この関数計算では、電圧信号の電圧変化を第1利得係数で割ることによって平均血圧を得ると共に、振幅信号の振幅変化を第2利得係数で割ることによって平均血圧を得る、
ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 脈圧の一部に加算される平均血圧によって定義される関係式から、収縮血圧を示す連続測定値を定めることをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 脈圧の一部は3分の2であることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 平均血圧から差し引かれる脈圧の一部によって支配される関係式から、拡張血圧を示す連続測定値を定めることをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の方法。
- 脈圧の一部は3分の1であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の方法。
