Description
コントローラ(出力/入力)=(Kp+KDS+KI/S) [1]
式中、利得Kp,KD,KIは、比例‐微分‐積分利得であり、「S」は、ラプラス変換演算子である。利得を計算するためのパラメータ化の処理は、当該技術において周知である。よって、制御システム設計者は、スキャナの動的モデルを使用して、「最適な」設計を達成するために利得値を導出することになろう。

Claims (7)
- 2次元フレクシャ・マイクロエレクトロニクス・メモリ記憶装置の動作においてサーボ制御された電力を最適化するための装置であって、
固定ベース部材と、
上面にメモリ記憶媒体が設置された可動スキャナ・プラットフォームと、
前記スキャナ・プラットフォームを前記固定ベース部材上に位置付け、前記可動スキャナ・プラットフォームが前記固定ベース部材に対してxおよびy方向に変位するのを容易にする撓み支持材と、
前記可動スキャナ・プラットフォームに接続され、これに対して前記xおよびy方向の変位を与えるためのサーボ・コントローラの動作に応じるアクチュエータであって、前記スキャナ・プラットフォームの変位の範囲を決定するためのxおよびy位置センサを含むアクチュエータと
前記メモリ記憶媒体に対して読み出し又は書き込みを行うスキャニング・センサを有するスキャニング構造体とを備え、
前記スキャニング・センサを前記メモリ記憶媒体の対象トラックに位置づけるシーク・モードにおいて、X方向の移動とY方向の移動とが同時に完了するように、前記X方向の移動と前記Y方向の移動のうち長い距離の移動が最初に開始され、短い距離の移動の開始が遅延され、
前記メモリ記憶媒体が、ホーム・ポジションを囲むゾーン1と、該ゾーン1を取り囲むゾーン2と、該ゾーン2を取り囲むゾーン3に分けられており、前記ゾーン1に、頻繁に使用されるデータ又は最短時間で取り出されるべきデータが記憶されており、
前記データは、所定のゾーンにおいては外側へ、別のゾーンにおいては前記ホーム・ポジションに向かって内側へ広がるように、前記メモリ記憶媒体上に配置されている、装置。 - 前記遅延の量は、前記長い距離の移動を行わせるシーク時間と、前記短い距離の移動を行わせるシーク時間の差である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スキャニング構造体は、前記可動スキャナ・プラットフォームの周辺エッジに位置付けられたスキャナ・プローブを備える、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記スキャニング構造体は、前記スキャナ・プラットフォームのエッジの両側に前記スキャナ・プローブを形成するプリズムを備える、請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記xおよびyサーボ・コントローラは、それぞれ、動作可能なシステム速度推定器と、速度コントローラと、位置コントローラとを備え、前記xおよびyアクチュエータおよび前記スキャナ・プラットフォームの表面上の前記スキャニング構造体の変位を決定するセンサ・エレクトロニクスに動作可能に相互接続されている、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記データは、前記スキャナ・プラットフォームの表面上に表面の窪みまたはピットのアレイとして提供される、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記窪みまたはピットは、前記スキャナ・プラットフォームの上面上にあるポリマー層に形成され、
前記スキャニング構造体は、前記窪みまたはピットと接触してそこからデータを導出するための抵抗型ヒータ・プローブを含む、請求項6に記載の装置。
