Description
表1に示す各成分の合計5000gと水737gを混合機に仕込んで混合した。この混合物を押出機で押し出し、裁断、乾燥を経て、外径3.8mm、内径1.1mm、長さ4.1mmの単孔薬形状のガス発生剤組成物を得た。
表1に示す組成のガス発生剤組成物(粉末状)2gを用い、ストランドに成型した。このストランドを内容積1リットルの密閉ボンブに取り付け、ボンブ内を窒素で置換した後、更に窒素で6860kPaまで加圧して、ストランドをニクロム線の通電により着火させ、完全に燃焼させた。通電から約20秒後に燃焼ガスをガスサンプリングバッグに採取し、直ちに、検知管でNO、CO、NH3の濃度(ppm;質量基準)を分析した。
表1に示す組成を有するガス発生剤組成物(粉末状)2gを用い、ストランドに成型した。このストランドを内容積1リットルの密閉ボンブに取り付け、ボンブ内を窒素で置換した後、更に窒素で6860kPaまで加圧して、ストランドをニクロム線の通電により着火させ、完全に燃焼させた。燃焼後、ボンブ内から燃焼残渣(スラグ)を取り出し、それらの状態を、下記の基準で評価した。
○:塊状になっており、指で押しても崩壊しない。
△:塊状になっているが、指で押すと崩壊する。
×:粉状になっている。
スラグ状態の評価試験後の密閉ボンブ内に残ったスラグを採取した後、目開き3.3mmの篩にかけ、篩上に残ったものの質量を測定した。篩上の残ったスラグ量が多いものほど、ミストとフィルタの接触量乃至通過量が小さいことを意味する。

Claims (3)
- 軽希土類化合物を含むガス発生剤組成物であって、軽希土類化合物が、ランタン、セリウム、プラセオジム、ネオジムの水酸化物と三硝酸ランタン六水和物〔La(NO 3 ) 3 ・6H 2 O〕から選ばれるものであるガス発生剤組成物。
- 軽希土類化合物の含有量が0.5〜15質量%である請求項1記載のガス発生剤組成物。
- 前記軽希土類化合物が、平均粒径が0.5〜500μmの範囲のものである、請求項1又は2に記載のガス発生剤組成物。
