Claims (17)
- 放射性材料を生成するための製造設備(100)を提供する方法であって、
前記製造設備(100)を設計する段階と、
前記製造設備(100)を設置場所に運搬する段階と、
前記サイクロトロン(112)を設置場所に運搬する段階と、
前記製造設備(100)内に前記サイクロトロン(112)を密閉する段階と、
を含む方法。 - 前記製造設備(100)に、ラボラトリルーム(130)と、前記サイクロトロン(112)から第1の放射性材料を受け取って第2の放射性材料を生成するよう設計され、前記ラボラトリルーム(130)内に置かれた合成ユニット(132)とを備え付ける段階を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記第1の放射性材料が放射性同位体であり、前記第2の放射性材料が放射性医薬品であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ユニット(132)が、前記サイクロトロン(112)から18F−を受け取り、2−[18F]−フルオロ−2−デオキシグルコースを生成することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の放射性材料が、ポジトロン放射型コンピュータ断層撮影スキャナ又は単光子放射型コンピュータ画像撮影スキャナでの使用に適合されていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記製造設備(100)を設置場所に運搬する前に、前記製造設備(100)に包装ルーム(170)を備え付ける段階を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 前記サイクロトロン(112)が生成する放射線を遮蔽するために、前記製造設備(100)を運搬する前に前記製造設備(100)に放射線遮蔽物(114)を装備する段階を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記製造設備(100)を設置場所に運搬した後に、前記製造設備(100)の壁内に放射線遮蔽物(114)を設置する段階を更に含む請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記製造設備を設置場所に運搬する前に、前記製造設備(100)に品質制御装置を備え付ける段階を更に含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記製造設備を設置場所に運搬する前に、前記製造設備(100)に放射性医薬品包装装置を備え付ける段階を更に含む請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記製造設備(100)を設置場所に運搬する前に、前記サイクロトロン(112)の少なくとも1つのセンサに接続されている通信ポートを前記製造設備(100)に備え付ける段階を更に含む請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の放射性材料を1つ又はそれ以上の容器に計量分配するために、前記製造設備(100)を運搬する前に前記製造設備(100)にクリーンルームを装備する段階を更に含む請求項2に記載の方法。
- 放射性材料を生成するための製造設備(100)を提供する方法であって、
前記製造設備(100)がサイクロトロン(112)を受けるように設計する段階と、
放射性医薬品の容器にラベルを付け、該放射性医薬品の生成及び配送の記録を保存することができる包装ルーム(170)と合成ユニット(132)を前記製造設備(100)に備え付ける段階と、
前記製造設備(100)を設置場所に運搬する段階と、
前記サイクロトロン(112)を設置場所に運搬する段階と、
前記製造設備(100)内に前記サイクロトロン(112)を密閉する段階と、
を具備することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記サイクロトロン(112)から第1の放射性材料を受け取って前記放射性材料を生成するよう設計された合成ユニット(132)を受け入れるラボラトリルームを前記製造設備(100)に備え付ける段階を更に含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記製造設備を設置場所に運搬する前に、前記製造設備(100)に前記放射性材料の品質を計測する品質制御装置を備え付ける段階を更に含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記製造設備を設置場所に運搬する前に、前記製造設備(100)に放射性医薬品包装装置を備え付ける段階を更に含む請求項13に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の放射性材料を1つ又はそれ以上の容器に計量分配するために、前記製造設備(100)を運搬する前に前記製造設備(100)にクリーンルームを装備する段階を更に含む請求項13に記載の方法。
