Claims (13)
- 分岐継手が閉鎖弁を備えた雌迅速継手要素を形成する空気圧回路用の分岐継手において、前記雌迅速継手要素(1)が前記分岐継手の本体(10)に滑動するように据付けられた固定部材(40)を備えていて雄継手要素(101)の一部(116)の取付け用の開口(41)を貫通されて、前記開口の壁が雄継手要素(101)に設けられた少なくとも一つのフランジ(115;115a;115b)を補足する少なくとも一つの歯(42、43)を備えていて前記雌迅速継手要素に取り付けられて空気圧回路内の圧力が測定できる第一取付け構成と空気圧回路がガスで充填できる第二取付け構成の二つの取付け構成(図2と3或いは4)に雄継手要素を保持して前記閉鎖弁(23)が流体の流れ(E,E”)を許す位置にあり、前記第一と第二取付け構成は前記雌雄継手要素(1,101)の取付け方向(X−X’)にずれており、前記閉鎖弁(23)は前記雄継手要素が前記第二取付け構成に前記固定部材によって保持される(図3,4)ときに前記空気圧回路(C1,C2,C3)を中断するために補助弁(24)を作動するようなっていることを特徴とする分岐継手。
- 前記補助弁(24)は、前記雄継手要素(101)が前記第一取付け構成に保持される(図2)ときに、前記空気圧回路を中断しないことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分岐継手。
- 前記閉鎖弁(23)と前記補助弁(24)は雄継手要素(101)の取付け(F4)によって前記閉鎖弁の変位方向(F1)と平行に並進運動で一緒に移動されることを特徴とする前記請求項1或いは2に記載の分岐継手。
- 前記閉鎖弁(23)と前記補助弁(24)はスライド(20)の長手軸線方向(X 20 −X’ 20 )の二つの端部に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の分岐継手。
- 分岐継手は前記空気圧回路(C1,C2,C3)の一部分(C’3)を形成して且つ前記補助弁(24)によって選択的に閉鎖されるように企図された一部材(18)から成ることを特徴とする前記請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の分岐継手。
- 前記固定部材(40)は前記雌雄継手要素(1,101)の取付け方向(X−X’)において軸方向にずれている二つの歯(42,43)を備えて且つ空気圧回路内の圧力が測定できる第一取付け構成と空気圧回路がガスで充填できる第二取付け構成の前記二つの取付け構成を形成するために一つ或いは複数の雄継手要素に設けられた一つのフランジ(115)と選択的に互いに作用するようになっていることを特徴とする前記請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の分岐継手。
- 前記固定部材(40)は一つ或いは複数の雄継手要素(101)に設けられた二つのフランジ(115a,115b)と互いに作用する単一歯(42)を備えていて、二つのフランジ(115a,115b)が雄継手要素(101)の本体(110)に沿ってずれていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか一項に記載の分岐継手。
- 前記閉鎖弁(23)と前記補助弁(24)は、共通手段(30)によって、前記閉鎖弁(23)が前記雌迅速継手要素(1)を密閉して且つ前記補助弁(24)が前記空気圧回路(C1,C2,C3)を中断しない位置(図1)へ弾性的に付勢されることを特徴とする前記請求項1乃至7のいずれか一項に記載の分岐継手。
- 分岐継手は前記回路(C1,C2)に接続するベース(19)と固定し、前記ベース自体はガス循環用の少なくとも一つの導管(C’1,C’2)を備えて且つ前記導管を形成する本体(70)に取外し可能な部材(61,62)により固定されるようなっていることを特徴とする前記請求項1乃至8のいずれか一項に記載の分岐継手。
- 分岐継手は前記第一取付け構成に取り付けた雄継手要素(101)によって圧力を測定する装置(M)に接続されるのに適した圧力放出部(1)を構成し、前記圧力放出部は前記第二取付け構成に取り付けた同じ雄継手要素(101)によって空気圧回路及び/又はその回路と連動された貯槽を充填するガス源(S)に接続されるようなっていることを特徴とする前記請求項1乃至9のいずれか一項に記載の分岐継手。
- 前記請求項1乃至10のいずれか一項に記載の分岐継手(1)を設けたことを特徴とする空気圧回路(C1,C2,C3;C1,C2,C’1,C’2)。
- 鉄道車両に備えることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の空気圧回路。
- 請求項11に記載の空気圧回路(C1,C2,C3;C1,C2,C’1,C’2)と、前記回路の一部に支配される圧力を測定する手段(M)と、前記空気圧回路或いは前記空気圧回路と連動された貯槽を充填する手段(S)とから成り、前記測定手段がさらに前記分岐における空気圧回路内の圧力が測定できる前記第一取付け構成と空気圧回路がガスで充填できる前記第二取付け構成に取り付けるようなっている雄継手要素(101)から成ることを特徴とする組立体。
