Claims (19)
- レンズ(10)の凸面上に層状構造(1)を貼付するための方法であって、以下の段階:
/a/層状構造に平らな形状を提供する段階と;
/b/層状構造を、第1の表面が凹(S1)であり、第2の表面が凸(S2)である状態で湾曲させられるように熱成形する段階と;
/c/前記第1の表面(S1)が凸になり、前記第2の表面(S2)が凹になるように、層状構造の曲率を反転する段階と;
/d/層状構造(1)の第1の表面(S1)を、最初の接触部(A)においてレンズ表面(S0)に接触させる段階と;

- 段階/e/は、加熱された層状構造(1)によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 段階/e/の間、層状構造の熱(1)は、75℃以上の温度にあることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- レンズ表面(S0)は、305ミリメートルを下回る曲率半径を有することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 段階/d/および/e/は、レンズ表面(S0)と層状構造の第1の表面(S1)との間の粘着層(20)によって実施されることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 粘着層(20)は、レンズ表面(S0)上、および/または、層状構造の第1の表面(S1)上に貼付されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 粘着層(20)は感圧粘着性タイプの材料を有することを特徴とする請求項6に記載の方法。
- 圧力は、段階/e/の間、増加する接触区域中の層状構造の第2の表面上で拡張され、加圧される弾力性のある膜(306)によって層状構造の第2の表面(S2)上に適用されることを特徴とする請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 段階/b/と/c/との間で、前記層状構造の第1の表面(S1)における少なくとも1つのポイントにおける層状構造(1)の曲率が、段階/e/の後における層状構造の第1の表面の前記少なくとも1つのポイントに対応した、前記レンズ表面のあるポイントにおけるレンズ表面(S0)の曲率よりも大きいか、または等しいようにして、段階/b/が実施されることを特徴とする請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- レンズ表面(S0)は一定の曲率を有し、そして段階/b/と/c/との間で、層状構造の第1の表面のいかなるポイントにおいても、層状構造(1)がレンズ表面(S0)の曲率よりも大きいか、または等しい曲率を有するようにして、段階/b/が実施されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- レンズ(10)は累進型であり、レンズ表面(S0)は、遠点における前記レンズ表面の曲率よりも大きな近点における曲率を有し、そして段階/b/と/c/との間で、層状構造(1)が遠点におけるレンズ表面(S0)の曲率より大きな曲率を有するようにして、段階/b/が実施されることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 層状構造(1)は偏光フィルム(2)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記偏光フィルム(2)はポリビニルアルコールベースまたはポリエチレンテレフタレートベースであることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
- 層状構造(1)は、偏光フィルム(2)の一側に配置された保護フィルム(3)をさらに有することを特徴とする請求項13または14に記載の方法。
- 保護フィルム(3)はセルローストリアセテートベースまたはセルロースアセテートブチラートベースであることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
- 層状構造(1)は、偏光フィルム(2)のいずれかの側上に配置された保護フィルム(3,4)を有することを特徴とする請求項15または16に記載の方法。
- 層状構造(1)は、層状構造の前記第2の表面(S2)上の少なくとも1つの機能性コーティングをさらに有することを特徴とする請求項1から17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記レンズ(10)は眼用レンズであることを特徴とする請求項1から18のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
