Description
Claims (19)
- 一方で、管(T1,T2)の端部に配列され、雄ネジ(FM)を形成した第1部分(P1)と、
第1部分に延伸し、
i)第1外側面(SE1)、
ii)第1軸方向当接面(SB1)と第1内側面(SI1)とを持ち、その軸方向長さにわたって第1外側面(SE1)によって境界を定められる第1環状リップ(L1)、
及び、iii)第2当接面(SB2)
からなる第2部分と、
からなる第1管要素(EM)と、
他方で、i)前記雄ネジ(FM)に合致し、そこにネジ込まれる雌ネジ(FF)、
ii)第3当接面(SB3)と、前記第1内側面(SI1)に対向して配列された第2外側面(SE2)と、第2内側面(SI2)と、を有する第2環状リップ(L2)、
及びiii)対応する前記第1リップ(L1)に合致し、受け入れる環状凹部(LO)を第2外側面と共に規定する第3内側面(SI3)と第4軸方向当接面(SB4)、からなる第2管要素(EF1,EF2)と、からなり、
前記第2管要素(EF1、EF2)は、
環状領域(G2)の外側面にわたって当初形成された中央部分(PCM)によって分けられる雌/雌型接続スリーブ(M)の二つの反対側にある端部を形成すると共に、
環状領域(G2)の範囲内の前記スリーブ(M)の当初断面積が、
前記第1管要素の前記雄ネジ(FM)が形成された部分と非ネジ部分との境界断面におけるネジ底面での断面積よりも大きく、又は等しく、
もしくは、
前記第2管要素の前記雌ネジ(FF)が形成された部分と非ネジ部分との境界断面におけるネジ底面での断面積よりも大きく、又は等しく、
なるように選択される厚みを減少させた部分を有し、
各第2当接面(SB2)は、対応している第3当接面(SB3)に対して静止し、及び/又は第1当接面(SB1)は、対応している第4当接面(SB4)に対して静止し、
塑性変形範囲での直径拡張後、前記第1管要素(EM)及び前記第2管要素(EF1、EF2)をシールするシール干渉接触部を形成することを可能にすることを特徴とする各々対称的に配置された2つの拡張可能なネジ管継手の組立部品。 - 前記減少した厚みの領域(G2)は、最大に厚みを減少させた部分と、約30°以下の角度で傾斜している横の壁を有する中央部分とを形成する皿の形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載された組立部品。
- 前記角度は、約15°であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載された組立部品。
- 前記皿(G2)は、略二つの雌ネジ(FF)の最後のネジ山の間の領域が延伸することを特徴とする請求項2又は請求項3に記載の組立部品。
- 前記皿(G2)は、二つの管要素(EF1,EF2)の略前記第3当接面(SB3)の間が延伸することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の組立部品。
- 前記第2管要素(EF)は、前記第3内側面(SI3)の選択された場所に、略前記第1外側面(SE1)の範囲内に対応して配置された内側環状溝(G1)を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品。
- 前記溝(G1)は、当初、少なくとも二つの曲線部分(C1、C2)からなることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の組立部品。
- 前記曲線部分(C1、C2)は、当初略同一の曲率半径を有することを特徴とする請求項7に記載の組立部品。
- 前記曲率半径は、当初約2mmと約20mmの間であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品。
- 二つの曲線部分(C1、C2)は、略円筒形の中央部分(PC)によって分けられることを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項9のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品。
- 前記溝(G1)は、当初、
前記溝(G1)の底部での断面積が、
前記第1管要素の前記雄ネジ(FM)が形成された部分と非ネジ部分との境界断面におけるネジ底面での断面積よりも大きく、
又は、
前記第2管要素の前記雌ネジ(FF)が形成された部分と非ネジ部分との境界断面におけるネジ底面での断面積よりも大きく
なるように選択される半径方向の深さ(H’)を持つ
ことを特徴とする請求項7乃至請求項10のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品。 - 前記雄(FM)及び雌(FF)ネジは、当初、約−3°と約−15°の間の負の角度を有するロードフランクを形成するネジからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項11のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品。
- 前記雄(FM)及び雌(FF)ネジは、当初、約+10°と約+30°の間の正の角度を有するスタブフランクを形成するネジからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項12のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品。
- 前記雄(FM)及び雌(FF)ネジは、ネジ止め後及び拡張前に、約0.05mmと約0.3mmの間のスタブフランク間の軸方向の遊びを有するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の組立部品。
- 前記雄(FM)及び雌(FF)ネジは、円錐形型及び円筒形型からなるグループから選択され、それぞれ少なくとも一つの管要素部分(EM、EF)にわたって形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項14のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品。
- 前記第1外側面(SE1)及び前記第3内側面(SI3)は、拡張後、前記シール干渉接触部がそれらの各々の部分の間に規定されるような方法で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品。
- 前記第1(EM)及び第2(EF)拡張可能な管要素は、前記拡張後、前記シール干渉接触部が前記第1リップ(L1)及び前記第2外側面(SE2)内側端部分の間に規定されるような方法で形成されることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項15のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品。
- 請求項1乃至請求項17のいずれか一つに記載の組立部品に基づいて、
−各第2当接面(SB2)が対応する前記第3当接面(SB3)に対して静止するまで、及び/又は各第1当接面(SB1)が対応する第4当接面(SB4)に対して静止するまで、前記第1(EM1、EM2)及び第2(EF1、EF2)拡張可能な管要素をネジ止めすること、
そして、
−前記拡張可能な管継手の組立部品を、各第2部分(P2)の表面と各第2管要素の対応した表面の間に少なくとも一つのシール干渉接触部が発達するように、塑性変形範囲で直径拡張するようにされることからなることを特徴とする2つの拡張可能な管継手を組み立てる方法 - 継手の半径方向への拡張は、少なくとも10%の拡張割合で生じることを特徴とする請求項18に記載の2つの拡張可能な管継手を組み立てる方法。
