Description

Claims (13)
- 中を一方向血液流が流れる管状外壁部と、3つの小葉と、前記各小葉ごとに形成された本質的に三角形の垂直な接合部とを備え、前記3つの小葉がそれらの外端部のところで前記管状外壁部と一体である生物学的心臓弁を備えた生物学的補綴具において、前記生物学的補綴具は、前記生物学的心臓弁の管状外壁部に一体的に移植された体腔壁内ロッドによって形成された少なくとも1つの体腔壁内補強装置を備え、前記体腔壁内ロッドは、前記管状外壁部の厚さ内に侵入し、かつ前記一方向血液流と本質的に平行に延びていることを特徴とする生物学的補綴具。
- 前記体腔壁内ロッドは、該体腔壁内ロッドの第1端部に取付けられるようになった脚部を備えている、請求項1に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記体腔壁内ロッドの第2端部に取付けられ、キャップとして役立つのに適している付属品を更に備えている、請求項2に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記体腔壁内ロッドはまっすぐである、請求項2ないし3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記体腔壁内ロッドは螺旋形状を有する、請求項2ないし3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記体腔壁内ロッドはその表面に螺旋形部分を備えている、請求項2ないし5のうちのいずれか1項に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記体腔壁内ロッドは、損傷を引起こすことなしに生物学的補綴具の器官組織に刺してこれを貫通するようになっている尖った部分を第2端部に備えている、請求項2ないし6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記脚部はまっすぐなバーにより構成されている、請求項2ないし6のうちのいずれか1項に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記脚部は湾曲されたバーにより構成されており、それにより湾曲は生物学的補綴具の外周の湾曲に対応している、請求項2ないし7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記付属品は湾曲されたバーにより構成されており、それにより湾曲は生物学的補綴具の外周の湾曲に対応している、請求項3ないし9のうちのいずれか1項に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記体腔壁内補強装置の体腔壁内ロッドは前記動物心臓弁の前記接合部との前記管状外壁部の交差線に沿って前記管状外壁部の内側に設置される、請求項1に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記体腔壁内補強装置の脚部および/または付属品はテフロン(登録商標)材料により覆われている、請求項11に記載の生物学的補綴具。
- 前記体腔壁内補強装置の体腔壁内ロッドは、前記生物学的心臓弁の生物学的組織内に全体的に一体的に埋設されており、それにより、血液と接触しない、請求項1ないし12のうちのいずれか1項に記載の生物学的補綴具。
