アルミニウムトリsec−ブトキシド(95+%)58.75gを、TEAOH(35%)836.34g中に溶解させた。続いてコロイダルシリカ(LudoxTM AS−40、40%SiO2)294.73gを、脱イオン水10.18gと共に加えた。次にこの反応混合物を1時間強く撹拌し、複数のテフロン(登録商標)ボトルに移し、そして95℃の温度下で一晩熟成させた。結果的に生成されたアルミノシリケート混合物を分析すると、それが4.67%のSiを含んでいることが示された。
Claims (4)
- 少なくともAlO2及びSiO2四面体酸化物単位の三次元骨格構造を有し、及び成分のモル比が無水換算で以下の実験式で表されるミクロ多孔結晶質ゼオライトにおいて、
ここで、M1はアルカリ金属、アルカリ土類金属、希土類金属、アンモニウムイオン、水素イオン及びそれらの混合物から成る群より選択される少なくとも1つの交換性カチオンであり、aはM1対(Al+E)のモル比であって0.15〜5.0の範囲で変化し、Eはガリウム、鉄、ホウ素、クロム、インジウム及びそれらの混合物から成る群より選択される元素であり、xはEのモル分率であって0〜0.5の範囲で変化し、nはM1の加重平均原子価であって+1〜+3の値を有し、y’はSi対(Al+E)のモル比であって5より大きい値を有し、そしてz”はO対(Al+E)のモル比であって以下の式によって定義される値を有しており、
このゼオライトは、少なくとも2つのX線回折ピークを有していて、1つは3.84±0.07Åのdスペース、そしてもう1つは8.55±0.25Åのdスペースであり、正方単位格子を有しているという点で特徴付けられ、
少なくとも表Aに示すdスペース及び相対強度を含むX線粉末回折パターンを有していることを特徴とするミクロ多孔結晶質ゼオライト。
- y’が5〜20,000の値を有していることを特徴とする請求項1記載のゼオライト。
- 炭化水素転化方法であって、該方法は、炭化水素流を炭化水素転化条件下で触媒合成物と接触させ、転化生産物を生じさせるステップを含んでおり、上記触媒合成物が請求項1又は2記載のゼオライトを含んでいることを特徴とする炭化水素転化方法。
- 上記炭化水素転化方法が、芳香族化合物のアルキル化、キシレンの異性体化、ナフサ分解、開環、トランスアルキル化、イソパラフィンのアルキル化、エチルベンゼンの異性体化、及び酸素含有物のオレフィンへの転化より成る群から選択されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の方法。
