Description
(1)懸架装置を分離器の周囲全体に広げることができるため、過大な局所的負荷をなくすことが可能になる。
(2)分離器が第1の鋼構造体に直接支持されるため、分離器、ならびにその中の灰および砂の重量によって煙道ガス流路が受ける応力が完全になくなる。
(3)炉と分離器の間の支持レベルで熱膨張の差が生じなくなり、構造体の設計が容易になる。
(4)分離器の上の煙道ガス流路の構造、すなわち、その大きさおよび形を、自由に設計することが可能になる。
(5)分離器の上の煙道ガス流路が、下から第2の鋼構造体によって支持される。
(6)第2の鋼構造体が、別個の吊りロッドによって支持される。
(7)吊りロッドを利用して、分離器およびその上の煙道ガス流路の変化する重量(砂、灰)を測定することが容易になり、それによって、砂/灰が分離器に過剰に蓄積した場合には、ボイラの動作方法を変更することが可能になる。
(8)分離器およびボイラの支持用の鋼構造体および基礎を、より軽い重量に合わせて設計することが可能になり、それによって建設コストも節約される。
Claims (9)
- 流動媒体を循環させてそれを流動床ボイラの炉に戻すための、流動床ボイラに接続可能な分離器の構造であって、
複数の壁(38)と、
天井と、
入口導管(14)と、
前記分離器の上に位置する煙道ガス流路(16)に流体連通する出口導管(22)と、
ボイラ建造物内で前記分離器を支持構造体(18)に接続する懸架手段と
を有する分離器の構造において、
前記懸架手段が、前記分離器(12)の前記壁(38)の上側周縁部に関連して前記煙道ガス流路(16)および該分離器(12)の間に配置されるフレーム(30)と、該フレーム(30)を前記支持構造体(18)に直接接続する複数の吊りロッドまたは吊りワイヤ(40)とで形成されることを特徴とする分離器の構造。 - 前記フレーム(30)が、実質的に前記炉(10)の天井の高さに配置されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離器の構造。
- 前記フレーム(30)の内側周縁部の形が、前記分離器(12)の断面に対応していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離器の構造。
- 前記分離器(12)がその上側周縁部を、特定の懸架手段(36)によって前記フレーム(30)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離器の構造。
- 前記分離器(12)の質量を規定するための複数の手段が、前記複数の吊りロッドまたは吊りワイヤ(40)に関連して設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離器の構造。
- 前記煙道ガス流路が、前記フレーム(30)によって前記支持構造体(18)に支持されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離器の構造。
- 前記煙道ガス流路(16)は、複数の導管(22)によって複数の分離器(12)に接続されるように、前記流動床ボイラ内の前記炉(10)の側壁に対して実質的に平行に配置されることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の分離器の構造。
- 前記煙道ガス流路の幅が、前記分離器(12)の直径より大きいことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の分離器の構造。
- 前記分離器(12)の断面が八角形であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の分離器の構造。
