Claims (7)
- 煙道(4)の中に、複数の蒸気発生管(6)で形成された蒸気発生器貫流伝熱面(8)と、流れ媒体流路において蒸気発生管(6)に後置接続された複数の過熱管(10)で形成された過熱器伝熱面(12)とが配置されているボイラ(1)において、
前記ボイラが、分散配置された気水分離システムを備え、この気水分離システムにおいては、それぞれ1本の蒸気発生管(6)を、それぞれ1本あるいは数本の過熱管(10)に流れ媒体流路において接続する複数の転流管部材(20)に、それぞれ気水分離要素(30)が組み入れられ、前記気水分離要素(30)は、流れ媒体中の蒸気から水を慣性分離するようになされており、前記慣性分離のために、それぞれの気水分離要素(30)が、前置接続された蒸気発生管(6)に接続された流入管部材(32)を有し、該流入管部材(32)がその長手方向に見て排水管部材(34)に移行し、その移行部位(36)において、それぞれ後置接続された複数の過熱管(10)に接続された複数の流出管部材(38)が分岐しており、
前記気水分離要素(30)が水出口側において群を成して複数の共用出口管寄せ(40)に接続されており、
前記複数の共用出口管寄せ(40)に1つの分離タンク(42)が後置接続されていることを特徴とするボイラ。 - 流入管部材(32)が上方から来る湾曲管(50)を介して供給されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のボイラ。
- 排水管部材(34)が移行部位(36)において、その長手方向が水平線に対して流れ方向下向きに傾斜して配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のボイラ。
- 排水管部材(34)がその入口部位が下向きに湾曲された湾曲管(50)として形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載のボイラ。
- 前記分離タンク(42)に接続された排出管(52)に、制御装置(60)を介して制御可能な調整弁(64)が挿入接続され、前記制御装置(60)に、気水分離装置(31)に後置接続された過熱器伝熱面(12)の蒸気側出口における流れ媒体(W、D)のエンタルピに対する特性値が入力されることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1つに記載のボイラ。
- 蒸気発生管(6)に付設された循環ポンプが制御装置(60)を介して制御されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載のボイラ。
- 煙道(4)に燃焼ガス側においてガスタービンが前置接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし6のいずれか1つに記載のボイラ。
