Description
Claims (8)
- 開放端部を有する矩形シェルと、前記シェルの中に設置される電極コアと、前記シェルの前記開放端部で密封可能な電池カバーと、前記シェルの表面に位置する爆発防止溝とを備える電池であって、
前記爆発防止溝が前記シェルの側面上における大きな矩形表面の対角線と交差する交点を少なくとも1点有し、前記シェルの開放端部での前記対角線の終点と前記交点の間の距離が前記対角線の長さの1/3未満であり、
絶縁された分離器は前記電池カバーと前記電極コアとの間に設置され、
前記爆発防止溝が前記電池カバーと前記電極コアの間の空間に位置する終点を少なくとも1点有し、
前記爆発防止溝が前記分離器と前記電池カバーの間の空間を使用することによって、前記爆発防止溝が破砕されるときに前記電極コアは裂け目をふさがない、爆発防止タイプの電池。 - 前記対角線の前記終点と前記交点の間の前記距離が前記対角線の長さの1/5未満である、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記爆発防止溝が文字「L」の形を取り、その変向点を前記対角線上に有する、請求項1に記載の電池。
- 前記文字「L」の形の直角の溝を形成する2本の線がそれぞれ前記シェルの2つの端縁に平行である、請求項3に記載の電池。
- 前記文字「L」の形の溝が前記シェルの端縁に平行な第1の線と、前記シェルの前記開放端部を指す、溝の直角を形成する第2の線とを有する、請求項3に記載の電池。
- 前記溝の直角を形成する第2の線が、前記電池カバーと前記電極コアの間に位置する終点を有する、請求項5に記載の電池。
- 前記文字「L」の形の溝が前記対角線上に形成される一方の線を有し、他方の線が前記対角線に垂直である、請求項3に記載の電池。
- 圧力開放及び爆発防止のための爆発防止装置が前記電池カバーの上に形成される、請求項1に記載の電池。
