Claims (1)
- 超音波を送信する複数の送信用振動素子を配列した送信振動子列、及び超音波を受信する複数の受信用振動素子を配列した受信振動子列の双方を有する送受信アレーセンサと、
前記アレーセンサはシリンドリカル形状または球形状の一部分の面の形状を成している緩衝材を装着し、
超音波送信角と超音波受信角との和の半分が30度以内となる集束位置に各々の前記送
信用の振動素子から発信された各超音波を集束させ、前記送信用振動素子から発信された各超音波の集束位置を、前記送信振動子列と前記受信振動子列の中央で欠陥の真上である、中央部から検査対象材料内の深層部方向とする制御装置と、
前記受信用振動素子が受信した前記検査対象材料内で回折して来た超音波に基づいて探傷情報を生成する生成手段と、
前記生成手段によって生成された探傷情報を表示する表示手段とを有する超音波探傷装置。
