Claims (8)
- ろ過器の状態のインジケータを具える原流体をろ過する流体ろ過器(100;200)において、
前記原流体と接触する少なくとも1の浸食性部材(150;278)と;
監視者が前記浸食性部材の外観を測定し、これによって前記ろ過器の状態を測定できるようにする視覚的な指標装置(132,133;270,272)とを具えるインジケータ(130;260)と;を具え、
前記浸食性部材(150;278)は、前記流体によって又は前記流体内の成分との相互作用によって浸食されてその物理的形態を変え、これによって浸食の程度が前記ろ過器の状態を表すことを特徴とするろ過器。 - 請求項1に記載のろ過器において、前記視覚的な指標装置が、初期状態から最終状態まで転位可能であり、前記最終状態まで転位するように付勢されているインジケータ部材を具え、前記少なくとも1の浸食性部材が前記インジケータ部材の付勢された転位を妨げており、これによって少なくとも一の浸食性部材の浸食が前記インジケータ部材の前記初期状態から前記最終状態への転位を生じさせ、当該転位が前記ろ過器の状態を示すことを特徴とするろ過器。
- 原流体をろ過する流体ろ過器と組み合わせて使用するインジケータ装置(130)において、当該装置が:
前記原流体と接触する少なくとも1の浸食性部材(150;278)と;
監視者が前記浸食性部材の外観を測定し、これによって前記ろ過器の状態を測定できるようにする視覚的な指標装置(132,133;270,272)とを具え、
前記少なくとも1の浸食性部材(150;278)が、前記流体によって又は前記流体内の成分との相互作用によって浸食されてその物理的形態を変え、これによって浸食の程度が前記ろ過器の状態を表すことを特徴とするインジケータ装置。 - 請求項3に記載のインジケータ装置において、前記視覚的な指標装置が、初期状態から最終状態まで転位可能であり、前記最終状態まで転位するように付勢されているインジケータ部材を具え、前記少なくとも1の浸食性部材が前記インジケータ部材の付勢された転位を妨げており、これによって少なくとも一の浸食性部材の浸食が前記インジケータ部材の前記初期状態から前記最終状態への転位を生じさせ、当該転位が前記ろ過器の状態を示すことを特徴とするインジケータ装置。
- 原流体をろ過する流体ろ過システムにおいて:
(i)原流体をろ過する流体ろ過器(100;200);と
(ii)前記原流体と接触する少なくとも1の浸食性部材(150;278)と、監視者が前記浸食性部材(150;278)の外観を測定し、これによって前記ろ過器の状態を測定できるようにする視覚的な指標装置(132,133;270,272)とを具えるインジケータ(130;260)と;を具え、
前記少なくとも1の浸食性部材(150;278)は、前記原流体によって又は前記流体内の成分との相互作用によって浸食されてその物理的形態を変え、これによって浸食の程度が前記ろ過器の状態を表すことを特徴とする流体ろ過システム。 - 請求項5に記載の流体ろ過システムにおいて、前記視覚的な指標装置が、初期状態から最終状態まで転位可能であり、前記最終状態まで転位するように付勢されているインジケータ部材を具え、前記少なくとも1の浸食性部材が前記インジケータ部材の付勢された転位を妨げており、これによって少なくとも一の浸食性部材の浸食が前記インジケータ部材の前記初期状態から前記最終状態への転位を生じさせ、当該転位が前記ろ過器の状態を示すことを特徴とする流体ろ過システム。
- 流体ろ過器の状態を監視する方法において:
前記原流体と接触する少なくとも1の浸食性部材と、監視者が前記少なくとも1の浸食性部材の外観を測定し、これによって前記ろ過器の状態を測定することを可能にする視覚的な指標装置とを具える前記ろ過器の状態のインジケータであって、前記少なくとも1の部材が、前記流体又は前記流体内の成分との相互作用によって浸食されてその物理的形態を変えるインジケータを提供するステップと;
前記ろ過器の状態のインジケータである浸食の程度を判定するステップと;
を具えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項7に記載の方法において、
前記視覚的な指標装置が、初期状態から最終状態まで転位可能であり、前記最終状態まで転位するように付勢されているインジケータ部材を具え;前記少なくとも1の浸食性部材が前記インジケータ部材の付勢された転位を妨げており、これによって少なくとも一の浸食性部材の浸食が前記インジケータ部材の前記初期状態から前記最終状態への転位を生じさせるものであり、
前記インジケータ部材の状態、前記ろ過器の状態の指標を提供する前記インジケータ部材の転位を監視するステップを具えることを特徴とする方法。
