Description
秤量400g/m2のミルク原紙の一方の面に、低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(密度;0.923g/cm3、メルトインデックスM.I;3.7)を押出コートして厚さ20μmの最外層を形成した。
実施例1のシリコーン含有混合樹脂における、シリコーン含有量を10質量%に変更した他は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例2の紙容器を作製した。実施例1のシリコーン含有混合樹脂における、シリコーン含有量を20質量%に変更した他は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例3の紙容器を作製した。実施例1のシリコーン含有混合樹脂における、シリコーン含有量を70質量%に変更した他は、実施例1と同様にして、実施例4の紙容器を作製した。
実施例1の積層体におけるシリコーン含有混合樹脂5μmの層をメタロセン系低密度ポリエチレン樹脂(密度;0.905g/cm3、メルトインデックスM.I;4.0)5μmに変更した他は、実施例1の紙容器と同様にして比較例1の紙容器を作製した。
各実施例、比較例1の紙容器について、内容物の液切れ性、シーラント層のシール性を評価した。

Claims (7)
- 少なくとも、紙、バリア層、シーラント層の順に外側から積層された積層体から成形される紙容器であって、
前記シーラント層が少なくとも貼合層と最内層である内層の2層以上からなり、
前記内層が、オレフィン系ポリマーにオルガノシロキサンをグラフト共重合させたシリコーン変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂と、非変性のポリオレフィン系樹脂と、を混合した樹脂からなる層であり、
前記貼合層が、エチレン−α・オレフィン共重合体からなる層であり、
前記内層と前記貼合層との層厚比が1〜0.05であることを特徴とする紙容器。 - 前記シーラント層が、シリコーン含有量30〜80質量%のシリコーン変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂と、非変性のポリオレフィン系樹脂と、を混合して得られるシリコーン含有量1〜50質量%の混合樹脂を含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の紙容器。
- 前記シリコーン変性ポリオレフィン系樹脂が、低密度ポリエチレン、線状低密度ポリエチレン、エチレン・アクリル酸エチル共重合体又はエチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体の少なくともいずれか一種に、オルガノシロキサンをグラフト共重合させた重合体からなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の紙容器。
- 前記バリア層が、無機酸化物の薄膜層又は蒸着層からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記バリア層が、アルミニウムを含む薄膜層又は蒸着層からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記バリア層が、金属箔からなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の紙容器。
- 前記バリア層が、エチレン−ビニルアルコール共重合体、ポリアミド系樹脂、ポリ塩化ビニリデン系樹脂又はポリアクリロニトリル系樹脂の少なくともいずれか一種の樹脂若しくは前記樹脂を用いた共重合フィルムからなることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載の紙容器。
