Claims (4)
- 航空機用押出し成形品(1、26)であって、前記押出し成形品(1、26)はAlCuMg合金を用いて形成された第1の領域(2、37)と、AlZnMg合金を用いて共押出しによって形成された第2の領域(3、38)とを備え、前記第1の領域および第2の領域(2、3、37、38)は前記押出し成形品(1、26)の長手方向軸(5、30)に実質的に平行に互いに隣接しており、前記第1の領域(2、37)および前記第2の領域(3、38)は、それぞれの領域に応じて異なっていてもよい材料特性を、前記第1の領域(2、37)の耐食性および破壊靱性が向上し、かつ前記第2の領域(3、38)の静的強度が向上するように強化するために、異なる熱処理を施されたものであることを特徴とする、押出し成形品(1、26)。
- 前記押出し成形品(1、26)の前記長手方向軸(5、30)に沿って、前記押出し成形品(1、26)の1つの部分において湾曲しており、かつ/または前記押出し成形品(1、26)の別の部分において直線状に成形されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の押出し成形品(1、26)。
- 開断面形状を示すことを特徴とする、請求項1または請求項2に記載の押出し成形品(1、26)。
- 航空機用押出し成形品(1、26)に異なる熱処理を適用するための装置であって、前記押出し成形品(1、26)はAlCuMg合金を用いて形成された第1の領域(2、37)と、AlZnMg合金を用いて形成された第2の領域(3、38)とを備え、第1のチャンバ(17)は前記押出し成形品(1、26)の第1の領域(2、37)を包み、第2のチャンバ(18)は前記押出し成形品(1、26)の第2の領域(3、38)を包み、これにより前記第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバ(17、18)において異なる温度(24、25)の設定が可能であり、前記第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバ(17、18)の温度は空気によって調節され、前記第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバ(17、18)は、長手方向にスリットを有するホース(19、20)で形成され、前記ホース(19、20)は、前記押出し成形品(1、26)の長手方向軸(5、30)に沿って、および/または前記押出し成形品(1、26)の横断方向軸(21)と平行に前記押出し成形品(1、26)に固定されて、自己完結型の前記第1のチャンバおよび第2のチャンバ(17、18)を形成することができることを特徴とする、装置。
