Description
HFC又はペンタンベースの発泡剤をポリオール(特に、ポリエステルポリオール)中に含有させてなるフォームプレミックスの加工性を向上させる方法であって、トランス−1,2をプレミックスに該プレミックスの加工性を向上させるのに有効な量で添加することからなるフォームプレミックスの加工性の向上法が提供される。好ましいHFCとしては、245fa、365mfc及び134aが挙げられる。好ましいペンタンとしては、n−ペンタン及びイソペンタンが挙げられる。
ここに本発明において、驚いたことに、トランス−1,2の使用は、ポリオールプレミックス中におけるHFC及び/又はペンタンの加工性及び相容性を向上させることが分かった。この改善を達成するのに有効な量は特定の発泡剤及びポリオールのタイプに左右されるが、この改善は、ポリエステルポリオールの場合に特に有益であることが判明している。プレミックスは、ハンドミックス、高圧衝突、低圧機械的混合、吹付などの如き慣用技術によってポリウレタンフォームに転化されることができる。また、HFC及び/又はペンタン発泡剤と共に補助発泡剤、例えば、水、HCFC及びヒドロクロロカーボンも存在させてもよい。
Claims (3)
- ペンタンベースの発泡剤を含有するポリオールと、
245fa、365mfc及び134aから選択された1種のヒドロフルオロカーボン発泡剤を含有するヒドロフルオロカーボン発泡剤フォームプレミックスと
を含有するフォームプレミックスの加工性を向上させる方法であって、トランス−1,2−ジクロルエチレンを該フォームプレミックスの加工性を向上させるのに有効な量で、該フォームプレミックスに添加することを含むフォームプレミックスの加工性の向上法。 - 前記ポリオールがポリエステルポリオールである請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記ペンタンがn−ペンタン又はイソペンタンである請求項1記載の方法。
