Claims (3)
- ターボ機械におけるブレードのピッチ角のための制御レバーであって、前記制御レバーは、チタンで作られており、ブレードを回転させるようにブレードピボットに取り付けられる第1の端部と、制御環状体に取り付けるための円筒状ペグを備える第2の端部とを有し、該円筒状ペグが、鋼で作られており、制御レバーの第2の端部のオリフィスに円筒状ペグの端部の一つをかしめることによって固定され、かつ制御レバーの第2の端部が当てられる環状フランジを備え、制御レバーの第2の端部と円筒状ペグのかしめられた端部との間にワッシャが挿入されており、このワッシャが、制御レバーの材料のヤング率よりも大きいヤング率を有するポリマもしくは金属から作られており、かつ、制御レバーの第2の端部に当てられて外周において凸型エッジもしくは環状の面取りエッジを示す実質的に平面の環状表面を備えているか、または、制御レバーの材料のヤング率よりも小さいヤング率を有するポリマから作られているかのいずれかである、前記制御レバー。
- ワッシャの厚さが約1ミリメートルである、請求項1に記載の制御レバー。
- ワッシャが、円筒状ペグの環状フランジの外径に等しいか、円筒状ペグの環状フランジの外径よりわずかに小さい外径を有する、請求項1に記載の制御レバー。
