Claims (7)
- 射出機の注入ノズルを型の注入口に当接させて射出機からの成形材料を型に注入するゴム製品加硫用射出成形金型において、前記型の注入口から延びる注入流路に、該注入流路と接触する複数のガイド部とこれらのガイド部間に形成された成形材料を発熱させるための発熱流路とを備える発熱部材を配置したことを特徴とするゴム製品加硫用射出成形金型。
- 前記注入流路を錐状に形成するとともに、前記発熱部材の各ガイド部を前記注入流路の錐状部に接するように構成したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のゴム製品加硫用射出成形金型。
- 前記注入流路が、型のランナー部材と分離可能なロケート部材に形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載のゴム製品加硫用射出成形金型。
- 前記発熱部材が型と別体にて構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれかに記載のゴム製品加硫用射出成形金型。
- 前記発熱部材の一部が型に形成された凹部内に収容されて支持されたことを特徴とする請求項4に記載のゴム製品加硫用射出成形金型。
- 前記発熱部材のガイド部は、前記注入流路と面接触するように構成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれかに記載のゴム製品加硫用射出成形金型。
- 前記発熱部材にダストポケットが形成されたことを特徴とする請求項1から6のいずれかに記載のゴム製品加硫用射出成形金型。
