Description

Claims (3)
- 半透明型液晶ディスプレイであって、
各々が複数のサブ画素を有する複数の画素であって、各サブ画素は、透過性領域および反射性領域を有する複数の画素と、
前記複数のサブ画素に対応するように配置された、各種色を有するカラーフィルタと、
前記サブ画素の前記反射性領域に配置された反射性材料の層と、
前記サブ画素の前記反射性領域に配置され、前記反射性材料の層と部分的に重なり合う光吸収手段と、
を有し、
前記サブ画素の異なる色間では、前記光吸収手段と前記反射性材料の層の重なり合う領域は、異なり、
前記透過性領域と前記反射性領域の面積比は、前記サブ画素の異なる色間では異なることを特徴とする半透明型液晶ディスプレイ。 - さらに、前記サブ画素を相互に分離するブラックマトリクスを有し、
該ブラックマトリクスは、前記光吸収手段と同じ材料を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の半透明型液晶ディスプレイ。 - 前記カラーフィルタは、前記反射性材料の層の部分と対応するように配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の半透明型液晶ディスプレイ。
