真空をセンサ透過率の較正プロセスに用いることは前述したが、1点では十分でないため、1以上の材料を同様に使用し(PDMS(ポリジメチルシロキサン)及び場合により水ゲル(water gel))、較正線を作成する。

Claims (9)
- 熱透過率及び熱伝導率のうち少なくとも1つを測定するセンサであって、
第1のエリアヒータと、
第1のエリアヒータによって生成される熱を防護するために第1のエリアヒータを囲む第2のエリアヒータとを含む、センサ。 - センサは円形である、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 第1のエリアヒータは螺旋トラックを含む、請求項2に記載のセンサ。
- 第1のエリアヒータは蛇行トラックを含む、請求項2に記載のセンサ。
- センサは長方形である、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
- 第1のエリアヒータはシート抵抗である、請求項5に記載のセンサ。
- 第1のエリアヒータは長方形の螺旋トラックである、請求項5に記載のセンサ。
- 第1のエリアヒータは蛇行トラックである、請求項5に記載のセンサ。
- 第2エリアヒータは第1のエリアヒータの最外周に配列される、請求項1に記載のセンサ。
