Description
図2から図5で示すように、窪部36は内部にサンプルポート37を有している。サンプルポートは組立てられたときにサンプルパッド12と接触するように設計されている。サンプルポートは窪部内で下方に広がり、サンプルパッドと接触するように漏斗形状を有している。この接触によって、サンプル材料が加えられてもサンプルパッドは溢れない。サンプルはサンプルパッドで吸収され、ストリップ上で均等な液の前面を形成する。
Claims (1)
- サンプル内の目的検定物検出のための横流検定試験装置であって、
収容部材(30)であって、懸架部分で連結された2本のアームを有することにより略C形状を画成して該2本のアームの間に開放空間(31)を形成するように形状化され構成され、更に、該収容部材の一方の側において内部空間が開放されることを特徴とする収容部材(30)と、
略C形状を画成して該収容部材の該内部空間の一方の側を閉じるように形状化され構成されたカバー要素(39)と、
前記収容部材の前記2本のアームの間の前記開放空間に配置され懸架される少なくとも1枚の検定試験ストリップ(10)であって、該検定試験ストリップの両端が前記収容部材と前記カバー要素のアームのところで前記収容部材と前記カバー要素との間に挟持されることを特徴とし、
ベース部材(24)と、
前記ベース部材(24)とバッキング部材(20)の間に具備された接着剤層(22)と、
前記ベース部材(24)の反対側で前記バッキング部材(20)の上に具備された検定膜(18)であって、第1端部と第2端部とを有した検定膜(18)と、
前記バッキング部材(20)の反対側で前記検定膜(18)の上に具備されたカバー要素(16)と、
該検定膜の該第1端部と接触する結合体含有要素(11)と、
該検定膜(18)の該第1端部と前記第2端部との間で該検定膜(18)に提供された少なくとも1つの捕獲領域であって、該第1端部から該第2端部に向かって移動する結合体を捕獲するように構成された少なくとも1つの捕獲領域(15)と、
を含んでいる検定試験ストリップと、
を含んでおり、
上記の構成により、前記収容部材の前記2本のアームの間に形成された前記開放空間は、上側、下側、及び前記開放空間のある側から前記試験ストリップへ外部からアクセスできるようにすることで、該試験ストリップを該収容部材に搭載させた状態で、該試験ストリップの前記捕獲領域内に目的検定物が存在するか否かを判定できるように形状化され構成されていることを特徴とする検定試験装置。
