Description
示すものの様に、台座1の表面側全面にN型半導体をメッキ、コーティングあるいは塗布してN型半導体層3を形成して、台座1自体を負極とし、このN型半導体層3上に貴金属をメッキ、コーティングあるいは塗布して薄膜状の貴金属面2を形成してこれを正極とし、この貴金属面2の外縁部分を覆う様に絶縁物質をコーティングあるいは塗布して薄膜状の絶縁層5を形成せしめてもよく、要するに全体がドーム状に膨出した台座1の表面側に生体電池を構成するための正極としての貴金属面2及び負極としてのN型半導体層3が目で見える様な空隙、段差あるいは角を伴わずに形成されていれば良いのである。

Claims (5)
- 表面側全体がドーム状に膨出した台座(1)の表面側全面に貴金属面(2)を形成し、該貴金属面(2)上にそれより小径の薄膜状のN型半導体層(3)を同心円状に形成すると共に、このN型半導体層(3)の外縁を覆う様に、それより外径が大きい環状かつ薄膜状の絶縁層(5)を形成し、皮接により貴金属面(2)を正極、N型半導体層(3)を負極とする生体電池が構成される様にしたことを特徴とする生体電池治療具。
- 表面側全体がドーム状に膨出した台座(1)の表面側全面にN型半導体層(3)を形成し、該N型半導体層(3)上にそれより小径の薄膜状の貴金属面(2)を同心円状に形成すると共に、この貴金属面(2)の外縁を覆う様に、それより外径が大きい環状かつ薄膜状の絶縁層(5)を形成し、皮接により貴金属面(2)を正極、N型半導体層(3)を負極とする生体電池が構成される様にしたことを特徴とする生体電池治療具。
- N型半導体層(3)及び絶縁層(5)の形成がメッキ、コーティングあるいは塗布によって行われることを特徴とする請求項1記載の生体電池治療具。
- 貴金属面(2)、N型半導体層(3)及び絶縁層(5)の形成がメッキ、コーティングあるいは塗布によって行われることを特徴とする請求項2記載の生体電池治療具。
- 貴金属面(2)を構成する貴金属及びN型半導体層(3)を構成するN型半導体にそれぞれ適量の不純物を混入させることにより、発電量の調整を行うことを特徴とする請求項1あるいは2記載の生体電池治療具。
