Description
− 多通路平坦パイプの端部を分割して、複数の領域を形成する段階と、
− 多通路平坦パイプにおける延長部の主面に、端部領域を広げる段階と、
− 端部領域を曲げて、多通路平坦パイプにおける延長部の主面から外らす段階と、
− 多通路平坦パイプにおける端部領域を互いに押して、互いに平行な所定距離にまで、少なくとも部分的に重ねる段階と、
− 多通路平坦パイプの端部領域を、収集容器及び分配器に準備されたスリットに挿入する段階と、
− 多通路平坦パイプの端部領域を、収集容器及び分配器に結合する段階と、である。
Claims (14)
- 多通路平坦パイプの端部を分割して、複数の領域を形成する段階と、多通路平坦パイプにおける延長部の主面に、端部領域を広げる段階と、端部領域を曲げて、多通路平坦パイプにおける延長部の主面から外らす段階と、多通路平坦パイプにおける端部領域を互いに押して、互いに平行な所定距離にまで、少なくとも部分的に重ねる段階と、多通路平坦パイプの端部領域を、収集容器及び分配器に準備されたスリットに挿入する段階と、多通路平坦パイプの端部領域を、収集容器及び分配器に結合する段階により製造され、多通路平坦パイプ(3)の列を有する熱交換要素であって、多通路平坦パイプ(3)の端部は、液密のやり方にて、管状収集容器(6)と管状分配器(1)とに結合されてなり、多通路平坦パイプ(3)の端部は、複数の領域(3’,3”)に分割され、結合に向けられたその端部におけるそれぞれの領域(3’,3”)は、多通路平坦パイプ(3)の延長部の主面に対して平行に整列されるように形成され、領域(3’,3”)は少なくとも部分的に、収集容器(6)及び分配器(1)の長手軸線の方向に重なり合っていることを特徴とする熱交換要素。
- 多通路平坦パイプ(3)の端部は、2つの領域(3’,3”)に分割され、結合に向けられたその端部におけるそれぞれの領域(3’,3”)は、多通路平坦パイプ(3)の延長部の主面に対して平行に整列されるように形成され、領域(3’,3”)は少なくとも部分的に、収集容器(6)及び分配器(1)の長手軸線の方向に重なり合っていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換要素。
- 収集容器(6)と分配器(1)との長手軸線は、多通路平坦パイプ(3)の延長部の主面に対して垂直に延びていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換要素。
- 多通路平坦パイプ(3)の端部は、等しい幅の2つの領域(3’,3”)に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 多通路平坦パイプ(3)の端部における両方の領域(3’,3”)は、結合に向けられたその端部におけるそれぞれの領域(3’,3”)が多通路平坦パイプ(3)の延長部の主面に対して平行に整列されるように形成され、領域(3’,3”)の端部は、収集容器(6)及び分配器(1)の長手方向に、互いの後ろに位置していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換要素。
- 多通路平坦パイプ(3)は、アルミニウムから作られていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 多通路平坦パイプ(3)は、少なくとも12本の単一通路(7)を具備していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6の何れか1項に記載の熱交換要素。
- 熱交換要素の製造方法であって、少なくとも、
− 多通路平坦パイプの端部を分割して、複数の領域を形成する段階と、
− 多通路平坦パイプにおける延長部の主面に、端部領域を広げる段階と、
− 端部領域を曲げて、多通路平坦パイプにおける延長部の主面から外らす段階と、
− 多通路平坦パイプにおける端部領域を互いに押して、互いに平行な所定距離にまで、少なくとも部分的に重ねる段階と、
− 多通路平坦パイプの端部領域を、収集容器及び分配器に準備されたスリットに挿入する段階と、
− 多通路平坦パイプの端部領域を、収集容器及び分配器に結合する段階と、
を備えていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7の何れか1項に記載の熱交換要素の製造方法。 - 多通路平坦パイプの端部は、2つの領域に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の方法。
- 多通路平坦パイプの端部は、等しい幅の2つの領域に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項9に記載の方法。
- 多通路平坦パイプにおける両方の端部領域を互いに押して、両方の端部領域を、互いに対して、及び多通路平坦パイプにおける延長部の主面に対して平行とし、端部領域を、多通路平坦パイプにおける延長部の主面に対して垂直方向に、互いの後ろに位置させることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の方法。
- 多通路平坦パイプにおける端部領域と、収集容器及び分配器との結合は、鑞付けによって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至11のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 多通路平坦パイプにおける端部領域は、曲げゲージの助けで形成されていることを特徴とする請求項8乃至12の何れか1項に記載の方法。
- 多通路平坦パイプにおける端部領域を、曲げゲージの助けで形成する段階は、少なくとも6つの異なる半径に屈曲させることで実行されることを特徴とする請求項13に記載の方法。
