Description
Claims (32)
- 薬剤の放出を制御する医療デバイスの作動方法であって、
電力発生デバイスが、超音波振動の伝播に応じて圧電気によって特定の電圧及びアンペア数で電流を発生し、該電流は、超音波振動に応じて直接かつ連続的に発生するものであり、前記超音波振動の量が、薬剤を含有するポリマー微細構造に向けて特定の電圧及びアンペア数で前記電力発生デバイスが電流を発生するのに十分であり、前記電流及び微細構造が、ポリマー微細構造から身体組織又は器官へ薬剤を制御放出すること
を含む方法。 - 電力発生デバイスに対する超音波振動が、身体組織又は器官により発生する予め選択された刺激に応じて伝播する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 医療デバイスが、超音波振動を選択的に発生し電力発生デバイスに伝播するための手段に連結され、それを選択的に作動させるように構成されたセンサを介して、身体組織により発生する予め選択された刺激を受け取ることをさらに含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 電流がポリマーの電荷を変化させて前記ポリマーからの薬剤の制御放出を引き起こす、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電力発生デバイスが、正の電流が正に帯電した薬剤分子をポリマーから移動させ、負の電流が負に帯電した薬剤分子をポリマーから移動させるように電流を薬剤に流す、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ポリマー微細構造が細胞性ポリマー微細構造であり、薬剤がそれを介して分散する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 薬剤がポリマーの表面に吸着されている、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 薬剤を含むポリマー微細構造、及び
治療している組織又は器官へ前記薬剤を放出させるために、超音波振動の伝播に応じて予め決定された量の電気インパルスを前記ポリマー微細構造に圧電気によって選択的に送達するように構成されたアクチュエータを備え、前記電気インパルスが超音波振動に応じて直接かつ連続的に発生する、身体組織又は器官を治療するための埋込み可能な装置。 - ポリマーが細胞性ポリマー微細構造であり、薬剤がそれを介して分散する、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 薬剤がポリマーの表面に吸着されている、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 薬剤の放出が、身体組織によって発生する感知された刺激に応じたものになるように、身体組織に連結されるセンサをさらに含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 薬剤の放出が、治療している組織又は器官とは異なる組織又は器官により発生する感知された刺激に応じたものである、請求項11に記載の装置。
- センサがアクチュエータ上に配置される、請求項11に記載の装置。
- ポリマーが生体適合性ポリマーから構成される、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 生体適合性ポリマーがポリグリコール酸又はポリ乳酸である、請求項14に記載の装置。
- 特定の電圧及びアンペア数での電流の発生が、超音波振動の伝播に応じたものになるように、前記超音波振動を発生しアクチュエータに伝播するための手段をさらに含む、請求項8に記載の装置。
- 薬剤の放出が、身体組織により発生する感知された刺激に応じたものになるように、前記身体組織に連結されるセンサをさらに含む、請求項16に記載の装置。
- アクチュエータへの超音波振動の伝播が、身体組織により発生する感知された予め選択された刺激に応じたものである、請求項17に記載の装置。
- センサにより感知された生理学的変化の種類及び程度の関数として超音波振動の持続時間を計算するための手段をさらに含み、前記計算するための手段が、前記センサに連結されており、超音波振動を選択的に発生し伝播するための手段に連結されている、請求項17に記載の装置。
- 身体組織又は器官を治療するための装置であって、
超音波振動に応じて圧電気によって特定の電圧及びアンペア数で電流を発生するための手段、
前記身体組織により発生する予め選択された刺激に応じて超音波振動を選択的に発生し、前記電気発生手段に伝播するための手段、
前記身体組織により発生する予め選択された刺激を受け取るように構成され、さらに、前記超音波振動を選択的に発生する手段に連結され、それを選択的に作動させるように構成されたセンサ、及び
ポリマー微細構造からの前記身体組織への薬剤の制御放出が前記電流により引き起こされるように、薬剤を含有するポリマー微細構造
を備え、前記電流が超音波振動に応じて直接かつ連続的に発生する、装置。 - 超音波振動手段が電気発生手段に配置される、請求項20に記載の装置。
- センサが電気発生手段に配置される、請求項20に記載の装置。
- ポリマー微細構造が電気発生手段に配置される、請求項20に記載の装置。
- 医療デバイスが、身体組織により発生する予め選択された刺激をセンサ手段で自動的に感知するステップ、及び
前記身体組織により発生する前記予め選択された刺激を感知することに応じて超音波振動を選択的に発生するための手段を自動的に作動するステップ
をさらに含む、請求項3に記載の方法。 - 電力発生源が、超音波振動に応じて圧電気によって電流を発生し、該電力発生源が、薬物を包埋したポリマー微細構造に前記電流を流し、及び前記ポリマー微細構造が、帯電した前記薬物を身体組織又は器官へ溶出することを含む、薬剤の放出を制御する医療デバイスの作動方法であって、前記電流が、超音波振動に応じて直接かつ連続的に発生し、前記薬物が、流した電流の極性と同様の所定の極性で帯電している、方法。
- 医療デバイスが、電力発生源に自動的に連結され、それを選択的に作動させるように構成されたセンサを介して、身体組織又は器官により発生する予め選択された刺激を受け取ることをさらに含む、請求項25に記載の方法。
- 薬剤の放出が治療している組織又は器官とは異なる組織又は器官により発生する感知された刺激に応じたものである、請求項17に記載の装置。
