本願発明者は、次表4及び次表5に示すように、磁性シートとアンテナ本体とを粘着材を介して一体化したアンテナコイル部を実際に作製し、環境試験前後におけるインダクタンスの変化率を測定した。

Claims (8)
- RFID機器と信号の授受を行うRFID用アンテナであって、
複数本の導体線を含むアンテナ本体と磁性材とが粘着材を介して一体化され、それらを環状に形成したアンテナコイル部を備え、
上記アンテナコイル部に形成される折曲部には、所定の曲率が設けられており、
上記粘着材は、PETフィルムの両面にアクリル系の粘着材層が設けられた多層構造を有すること
を特徴とするRFID用アンテナ。 - 上記アンテナコイル部は、上記複数本の導体線を所定間隔で整列配置した状態で固定していること
を特徴とする請求項1記載のRFID用アンテナ。 - 上記磁性材は、所定の第1の幅を有して形成され、
上記複数本の導体線は、上記第1の幅方向に沿い且つ当該第1の幅よりも狭い第2の幅の範囲内に整列配置されていること
を特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載のRFID用アンテナ。 - 上記アンテナ本体は、フレキシブルフラットケーブルを利用した構造であること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項3のうちいずれか1項記載のRFID用アンテナ。 - 上記アンテナコイル部は、携帯通信機器に配設されていること
を特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項4のうちいずれか1項記載のRFID用アンテナ。 - 各種データを読み出し及び/又は書き込み可能に記憶するとともに通信機能を有するトランスポンダが搭載された携帯通信機器であって、
上記トランスポンダは、
複数本の導体線を含むアンテナ本体と磁性材とが粘着材を介して一体化され、それらを環状に形成したアンテナコイル部を備え、
上記アンテナコイル部に形成される折曲部には、所定の曲率が設けられており、
上記粘着材は、PETフィルムの両面にアクリル系の粘着材層が設けられた多層構造を有すること
を特徴とする携帯通信機器。 - 上記粘着材は、総厚が30μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFID用アンテナ。
- 上記粘着材は、総厚が50μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のRFID用アンテナ。
