Description
Claims (15)
- 脊椎変形を治療するためのシステムにおいて、
1つの中央の椎体(100)に錨着するための1つの中央の椎骨アンカー手段、第一の端の椎体(102)及び第二の端の椎体(102’)のそれぞれに錨着するための第一の端の椎骨アンカー手段及び第二の端の椎骨アンカー手段、前記中央の椎体(100)と前記第一の端の椎体(102)との間の第一の中間の椎体(101)に錨着するための第一の中間の椎骨アンカー手段及び第二の中間の椎骨アンカー手段、並びに、前記中央の椎体(100)と前記第二の端の椎体(102’)との間の第二の中間の椎体(101’)に錨着するための第三の中間の椎骨アンカー手段及び第四の中間の椎骨アンカー手段からなる7つの椎骨アンカー手段と、
前記中央の椎骨アンカー手段、前記第一の中間の椎骨アンカー手段、及び前記第三の中間の椎骨アンカー手段に取り付けられた第一の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5)であって、前記第一の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5)が非直線であるように角度(α)を形成する前記第一の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5)と、
前記第二の中間の椎骨アンカー手段及び前記第一の端の椎骨アンカー手段に取り付けられた第二の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5’)と、
前記第四の中間の椎骨アンカー手段及び前記第二の端の椎骨アンカー手段に取り付けられた第三の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5”)とを備え、
前記第二の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5’)及び前記第三の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5”)が、非直線であるように角度(β)を形成し、
前記第一の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5)、前記第二の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5’)、及び前記第三の可撓性を有する相互接続手段(5”)に張力がかけられて、脊椎成長前よりも脊椎成長後の方が前記角度(α)及び前記角度(β)が大きい、システム。 - 前記角度(α)及び前記角度(β)は、45度から145度の範囲内にある、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記角度(α)及び前記角度(β)は、65度から125度の範囲内にある、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記角度(β)は、前記角度(α)と同じである、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記中央の椎骨アンカー手段及び椎骨アンカー手段(1’)は、ステープル型の装置を介して前記中央の椎体(100)上で相互に接続されており、
前記第一の中間の椎骨アンカー手段及び前記第二の中間の椎骨アンカー手段は、ステープル型の装置を介して前記第一の中間の椎体(101)上で相互に接続されており、
前記第三の中間の椎骨アンカー手段及び前記第四の中間の椎骨アンカー手段は、ステープル型の装置を介して前記第二の中間の椎体(101’)上で相互に接続されており、
前記第一の端の椎骨アンカー手段及び椎骨アンカー手段(1’)は、ステープル型の装置を介して前記第一の端の椎体(102)上で相互に接続されており、
前記第二の端の椎骨アンカー手段及び椎骨アンカー手段(1’)は、ステープル型の装置を介して前記第二の端の椎体(102’)上で相互に接続されている、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載のシステム。 - 前記7つの椎骨アンカー手段は、脊椎への前方進入法によって椎体に配置される、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記7つの椎骨アンカー手段は、矯正対象の脊椎の変形部位の凸部分に移植される、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記7つの椎骨アンカー手段は、脊椎への後方進入法によって移植され、選択された椎骨の椎骨茎に錨着した状態で配置されている、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5)、前記第二の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5’)、及び前記第三の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5”)は、生体適合性を有する靭帯を備えている、請求項1乃至8の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5)、前記第二の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5’)、及び前記第三の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5”)は、前記椎骨アンカー手段に剛接的に取り付けられている、請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一の可撓性を有する相互接続手段は、前記中央の椎骨アンカー手段に滑動式に取り付けられている、請求項1乃至9の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 脊柱の自然な成長は、前記第一の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5)、前記第二の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5’)、及び前記第三の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5”)に伸延を引き起こす、請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第一の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5)、前記第二の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5’)、及び前記第三の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5”)にかけられた張力は、前記中央の椎体(100)、前記第一の中間の椎体(101)、及び前記第二の中間の椎体(101’)を回転させる、請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5)、前記第二の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5’)、及び前記第三の可撓性を有する相互接続要素(5”)にかけられた張力は、前面及び矢状面の脊椎変形を矯正する、請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
- 3次元の脊椎変形を、病変のある椎骨同士の融合又は剛接的固定無しに矯正する、請求項1乃至11の何れか1項に記載のシステム。
