Description
(1)トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具であって、
近位の端部、遠位の端部、および上記近位の端部および上記遠位の端部の間に延在しガイドワイヤを受容するように適合された内腔を備えた長寸の部材と、
上記長寸の部材の遠位の部分に配置され骨トンネルの開口内の骨を除去するように適合された切断要素と
を有する、トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具。
(2)長寸の部材の遠位の端部の遠位の部分が実質的に先細りになっている、上記実施態様(1)記載の器具。
(3)切断要素が長寸の部材の実質的に先細りの遠位の部分の近位の側に配置されている、上記実施態様(2)記載の器具。
(4)切断要素が実質的に楔形の形状で遠位の向きに行くに従って長寸の部材から外向きに拡張している、上記実施態様(1)記載の器具。
(5)切断要素が長寸の部材の長手方向の軸に対して鋭角をなして配置された遠位の向きの表面を含む、上記実施態様(4)記載の器具。
(7)切断要素および長寸の部材の長手方向の軸の間の角度が90°未満である、上記実施態様(4)記載の器具。
(8)切断要素および長寸の部材の長手方向の軸の間の角度が実質的に20°から70°までの範囲内にある、上記実施態様(7)記載の器具。
(9)切断要素が長寸の部材に結合された基部および上記長寸の部材からある間隔だけ離れて配置された切断エッジを含む、上記実施態様(1)記載の器具。
(10)切断エッジが基部の遠位の側に配置されている、上記実施態様(9)記載の器具。
(12)切断エッジが実質的に半円形の形状を有するノッチを骨に形成するように適合されている、上記実施態様(1)記載の器具。
(13)長寸の部材の遠位の部分に形成され上記長寸の部材の骨トンネル内での深さを表示するように適合された複数の表示をさらに有する、上記実施態様(1)記載の器具。
(14)長寸の部材の近位の部分に配置されたハンドルをさらに有する、上記実施態様(1)記載の器具。
(15)ハンドルが長寸の部材の長手方向の軸と直交する向きに延在する、上記実施態様(14)記載の器具。
(17)固定機構が長寸の部材の近位の端部に結合されたハンドルに形成されている、上記実施態様(16)記載の器具。
(18)固定機構がハンドル内に形成されたねじ切りされたボア内に配置されたねじ切りされた部材からなり、上記ねじ切りされたボアが長寸の部材の内腔と連通している、上記実施態様(17)記載の器具。
(19)骨トンネルを準備する方法であって、
骨プラグを骨トンネルに挿入する過程と、
トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具を上記骨プラグおよび上記骨トンネルの側壁の間に配置する過程と、
上記骨プラグを上記骨トンネルにしっかりと取り付けるために骨ねじを上記骨トンネル内に配置するのを容易にするのに有効なノッチを上記骨トンネルの開口に形成するように骨の一部を除去する過程と、
ガイドワイヤが上記骨プラグおよび上記ノッチに隣接する上記骨トンネルの間に配置されたまま残されるように上記トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具を取り除く過程と
を有する、骨トンネルを準備する方法。
(20)ノッチが実質的に半円形の形状を有する、上記実施態様(19)記載の方法。
(22)ガイドワイヤが、トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具を骨プラグおよび骨トンネルの間に配置する間に上記トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具内に配置されている、上記実施態様(19)記載の方法。
(23)ガイドワイヤが、トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具を骨プラグおよび骨トンネルの間に配置する間に上記トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具に対して解除可能に固定された位置に配置されている、上記実施態様(22)記載の方法。
(24)トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具が、上記トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具に形成されガイドワイヤを上記トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具に対して解除可能に固定するように適合された固定機構をさらに有する、実施態様(23)記載の方法。
(25)固定機構がトンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具に形成されたハンドルに結合されている、上記実施態様(24)記載の方法。
(27)トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具の遠位の部分が実質的に先細りになっていて上記遠位の部分が骨プラグおよび骨トンネルの側壁の間に配置されるようになっている、上記実施態様(19)記載の方法。
(28)トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具が、上記トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具に形成され骨トンネル内にノッチを形成するように適合された切断要素をさらに有する、上記実施態様(19)記載の方法。
(29)切断要素が、長寸の部材からある間隔だけ離れて配置され上記長寸の部材の直径より短い長さを有する切断エッジを含む、上記実施態様(28)記載の方法。
(30)切断要素が、遠位の向きに行くに従って長寸の部材から外向きに拡張している、上記実施態様(28)記載の方法。
(32)鋭角が90°未満である、上記実施態様(31)記載の方法。
(33)トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具が、上記トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具の遠位の部分に形成され上記トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具の骨トンネル内での深さを表示するように適合された複数の表示をさらに有する、上記実施態様(19)記載の方法。

Claims (17)
- トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具であって、
近位の端部、遠位の端部、および前記近位の端部および前記遠位の端部の間に延在していてガイドワイヤを受容するように適合された内腔を備えた長寸の部材と、
前記長寸の部材の前記遠位の端部の近位側に配置されていて骨トンネルの開口内の骨を除去するように適合された切断要素と、
を具備し、
前記切断要素は、楔形の形状を有していて、遠位に向かうに従って前記長寸の部材から外側に向かうように延在している、トンネルノッチャーおよびガイドワイヤ送出器具。 - 前記長寸の部材の遠位の部分が、先細りになっている、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記切断要素が、前記長寸の部材の先細りになっている前記遠位の部分の近位側に配置されている、請求項2記載の器具。
- 前記切断要素が、前記長寸の部材の長手方向の軸に対して鋭角をなして配置された遠位の向きの表面を含む、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記遠位の向きの表面が、凹状である、請求項4記載の器具。
- 前記切断要素の前記遠位の向きの表面および前記長寸の部材の長手方向の軸の間の角度が、90°未満である、請求項4記載の器具。
- 前記切断要素の前記遠位の向きの表面および前記長寸の部材の長手方向の軸の間の角度が、20°から70°までの範囲内にある、請求項6記載の器具。
- 前記切断要素が、前記長寸の部材に結合された基部、および前記長寸の部材からある間隔だけ離れて位置する切断エッジを含む、請求項1記載の器具。
- 前記切断エッジが、前記基部よりも遠位側に位置する、請求項8記載の器具。
- 前記切断エッジが、前記長寸の部材からある間隔だけ離れて位置し、前記切断エッジが、前記長寸の部材の直径より短い長さを有する、請求項8記載の器具。
- 前記切断要素が、半円形の形状を有するノッチを骨に形成するように適合されている、請求項1記載の器具。

をさらに具備する、請求項1記載の器具。 - 前記長寸の部材の近位の部分に配置されたハンドル、
をさらに具備する、請求項1記載の器具。 - 前記ハンドルが、前記長寸の部材の長手方向の軸と直交する向きに延在する、請求項13記載の器具。
- 前記ガイドワイヤを前記長寸の部材に対して固定された位置に固定するように適合された固定機構、
をさらに具備する、請求項1記載の器具。 - 前記固定機構が、前記長寸の部材の前記近位の端部に結合されたハンドルに形成されている、請求項15記載の器具。
- 前記固定機構が、前記ハンドル内に形成されたねじ切りされたボア内に配置されたねじ切りされた部材を備え、前記ねじ切りされたボアが、前記長寸の部材の前記内腔と連通している、請求項16記載の器具。
