Claims (2)
- 被調理物が投入される容器と、前記容器が収容される開口部及び前記容器内の被調理物を加熱する加熱手段を有する調理器本体と、前記調理器本体の一側に枢支されて前記開口部を覆う蓋体と、を備える調理器であって、
前記蓋体は、前記容器を閉塞する内蓋と、前記開口部全体を閉塞する外蓋と、を備え、
前記内蓋は、前記容器内の内圧を調整する弁孔と、内蓋の中央部に配置され容器内の圧力が下がると開く負圧弁と、を有し、前記外蓋は蒸気孔を有し、
前記蓋体内には、前記弁孔を閉状態又は開状態にする圧力弁開放機構と、前記容器からのおねば成分を含んだ水蒸気を前記弁孔から前記蒸気孔へと導く空間部が形成され、
前記内蓋の下方には前記弁孔と前記負圧弁を囲むように受け皿が配置されており、
前記受け皿は、前記負圧弁の下方に存在するおねば受容部と、当該受容部から分散して形成された複数の分散孔とを有し、更に前記受け皿外周囲に前記内蓋への取付部を有し、
炊飯工程において前記圧力弁開閉機構が前記弁孔の開閉を行うことにより、容器内の圧力を変動させ、前記弁孔が開いた際に容器内のおねばを含んだ水蒸気を弁孔から前記空間部、前記蒸気孔へと放出し、
鍋内の減圧に伴い前記負圧弁が開き、前記空間部にあるおねばを前記負圧弁、前記受容部、前記分散孔を介して容器内に戻すことを特徴とする調理器。 - 前記受け皿は所定の深さを有し、前記受け皿と前記内蓋との間には空間が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の調理器。
