Claims (6)
- 油圧油が流れる通路と、前記通路に沿って延びていて、かつ前記通路に沿った流れを絞る部材と、前記通路に沿った複数の異なる位置に前記部材を選択的に固定し、それにより、前記通路に沿った流れの絞りを変更できるようにする手段であって、前記通路の側壁に対して前記部材を固定することで、前記それぞれの位置に前記部材を固定する固定手段とを備える油圧式絞り装置であって、前記通路の軸線および前記部材の軸線は、互いに平行であって、かつ偏心していることで絞り流路が形成されており、前記固定手段が、前記部材のうち、前記通路の前記側壁とは反対の側に作用することで、前記側壁に対して前記部材を固定するものとし、また、前記固定手段は、前記部材の一端と相互に作用して、前記部材を複数の異なる位置に選択的に固定するのに役立つ複数の調整用シムを備え、さらに、前記部材の前記一端が、前記部材のうち、幅が短くされた部分から成っており、また、前記調整用シムが、前記幅を短くされた部分と、前記部材の残りの部分との間に形成された段部と、調整用シム保持用の保持ナットとの間に固定されることを特徴とする油圧式絞り装置。
- 前記固定手段が、前記部材の前記反対の側に形成された溝の平底に作用することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の油圧式絞り装置。
- 前記通路の一部分が、通路の開放端に対して拡大した部分(拡大幅の部分)としてなり、また、前記部材の他端が、前記拡大幅の部分と、前記通路の一端との間に配置され、さらに、油圧式絞り装置を通る流体の流れが、前記拡大幅の部分と、前記通路の前記一端との間にあることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の油圧式絞り装置。
- 前記部材の前記複数の異なる位置は、前記拡大幅の部分の、前記通路の開放端側の側面部の位置と、前記側面部の位置から前記通路の開放端側に沿って予め定めた所定の距離だけ離れた位置との間で、前記部材の前記配置された他端の位置を変更できるようなものであることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の油圧式絞り装置。
- 前記拡大幅の部分から半径方向外向きに延びていて、かつ、前記拡大幅の部分に流体を供給し、かつ上記拡大幅の部分から流体を受け取る複数の十字穴をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項3または4に記載の油圧式絞り装置。
- 前記通路と前記部材が円筒形のものであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1つに記載の油圧式絞り装置。
