Description
前記注射器に固定されて、好ましくはそれを取り囲む細長い形状の本体を具えた支持体と、で構成され、
該支持体はその末端と基端に開口を有し、該支持体はその基端に、注射器に固定するための手段、その末端に、注射器の先端部に皮下注射部材の接続を禁止する少なくとも一つの手段を具えた装置。
ii)乾燥状態或いは液状の有効成分の入ったボトル。
iii)希釈液を有効成分まで移送し、そして再形成された薬剤製品をボトルから注射器まで移送するシステムであって、該移送システムは支持体とは分離されている。
前記注射器に固定されて、好ましくはそれを取り囲む細長い形状の本体を具え、その末端と基端に開口を有し、その基端に、注射器に固定するための手段、その末端に、注射器の先端部に皮下注射部材の接続を禁止する少なくとも一つの手段を具えている支持体とを具えた装置の使用法であって、
ボトルに入っている乾燥状態又は液状の有効成分と前記希釈液とから再形成された薬剤製品を経口的に投与するアセンブリにおいて、移送システムを具え、注射器を取り扱う全てのステップにおいて、前記移送システムの注射器への接続は可能にすると同時に、希釈液又は再形成された薬剤製品の皮下注射を不可能にする、前記装置の使用法に関するものである。
Claims (24)
- 乾燥状態又は液状の有効成分(50)と希釈液(11)とで再形成された薬剤製品を経口投与するためのアセンブリであって、
i)先端(9)に先端部を、基端(7)にカラー(8)を具え、前記希釈液(11)が予め充填され、それ自体で皮下注射部材(41)を受け入れ可能な注射器(2)と、前記注射器(2)に固定されて、それを取り囲む細長い形状の本体(18)を具えた支持体(3)とで構成され、
該支持体(3)はその末端(20)と基端(19)に開口を有し、該支持体はその基端(19)に、注射器(2)に固定するための手段(21;331;332,36;48)、その末端(20)に、注射器(2)の先端部(44)への皮下注射部材(41)の接続を禁止する少なくとも一つの手段(24;30)と、を具える装置と、
ii)乾燥状態或いは液状の有効成分(50)の入ったボトル(51)と、
iii)希釈液(11)を有効成分(50)まで移送し、そして再形成された薬剤製品をボトル(51)から注射器(2)まで移送するシステム(52)と、を備え、
該移送システム(52)と支持体(3)とは分離されていることを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 前記支持体(3)が注射器(2)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記支持体(3)が、接着、溶接、クリップ、スナップ固定、圧着、又は熱変形によって注射器(2)に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載のアセンブリ。
- 支持体を注射器に固定する前記手段が、横方向のプラットフォーム(22)と基端方向に延びて注射器(2)のカラー(8)を変形させ且つクリップすることが可能なリム(23)を有するワッシャー(21)の形状をしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 皮下注射部材の注射器の先端への接続を禁止する前記手段は、支持体(3)の末端(20)に位置する末端部分(24;30)の形状をなし、該末端部分(24;30)の自由端(26)は軸方向の開口(25;31)を示し、その内径は前記皮下注射部材(41)のベース(42)よりも厳密に小さいことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記内径が7.70mmより小さいか又は等しいことを特徴とする請求項5に記載のアセンブリ。
- 注射器の先端部(44)の長手方向軸と該軸に最も近い開口(25;31)の周縁の点との間の距離が、3.85mmより小さいか又は等しいことを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記末端部分が、末端方向に収束した中空の傾斜部分(24)であることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記末端部分が、中空の円筒(30)であることを特徴とする請求項5〜7のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 注射器(2)の本体(4)が、その外面に環状ピース(12)を具え、その上に前記支持体(3)が固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記環状ピースがプランジャ抗引抜効果を有するリング(12)であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記支持体(3)が、互いに固定された二つの長手方向部分(321,322)で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記二つの長手方向部分(321,322)が、接着、溶接、クリップ、スナップ固定、圧着、又は熱変形によって、ヒンジの助けによって、或いはこれらの手段の組合せによって共に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記支持体(3)が、その末端(20)に少なくとも一つの破壊可能なブリッジ(47)によって前記支持体(3)にリンクされたキャップ(46)を具えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記支持体(3)が、前記装置が患者の口の中に深く入り込み過ぎるのを防ぐ横方向のスカート(49)を具えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記支持体(3)の前記本体(18)が、少なくとも一つの窓(28)を具えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記支持体(3)が、その基端(19)にプランジャ抗引抜効果を有するリング(48)を具えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記注射器(2)がガラス製であることを特徴とする請求項1〜17のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記移送システム(52)が、その基端(55)に、支持体(3)が注射器(2)に固定されると注射器(2)の先端部(44)に接続可能な突出部分(56)を具えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜18のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記移送システム(52)の突出部分(56)が、移送システム(52)を前記装置(1)上に安全に保持する手段(57)を具えていることを特徴とする請求項1〜19のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記皮下注射部材(41)を注射器(2)の先端(44)に接続させないようにする手段(24;30)が、前記支持体(3)の末端(20)に設置された末端部分(24;30)の形状をなし、該末端部分(24;30)の自由端(26)は、少なくとも一つのノッチ(27)、少なくとも二つのノッチ(27)を有し、前記移送システム(52)の固定手段は、支持体(3)の末端部分(24)のノッチ(27)と連携する少なくとも一つの突起(57)、少なくとも一つの突起(57)の形状をなしていることを特徴とする請求項1〜20のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記軸方向開口(25)が二つのノッチ(27)を具え、前記固定手段が二つの突起(57)の形状をなし、これら二つの突起(57)は軸方向或いは角度的にずれ、或いはこれら二つのモードの組合せでずれていることを特徴とする請求項1〜21のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記移送システム(52)がボトル(51)に圧着されていることを特徴とする請求項1〜22のいずれか1項に記載のアセンブリ。
- 先端(9)に先端部を、基端(7)にカラー(8)を具え、前記希釈液(11)が予め充填され、それ自体で皮下注射部材(41)を受け入れ可能な注射器(2)と、
前記注射器(2)に固定されて、それを取り囲む細長い形状の本体(18)を具え、その末端(20)と基端(19)に開口を有し、その基端(19)に、注射器(2)に固定するための手段(21;331;332,36;48)、その末端(20)に、注射器(2)の先端部(44)に皮下注射部材(41)の接続を禁止する少なくとも一つの手段(24;30)を具えている支持体(3)とを具えた装置(1)の作動方法であって、
ボトル(51)に入っている乾燥状態又は液状の有効成分(50)と前記希釈液(11)とから再形成された薬剤製品を経口的に投与するためのアッセンブリは移送システム(52)を具え、アセンブリにおける注射器(2)を取り扱う全てのステップにおいて、前記移送システム(52)の注射器(2)への接続を可能にすると共に、希釈液(11)又は再形成された薬剤製品の皮下注射を不可能にすることを特徴とする装置の作動方法。
