Description

The present invention is safe and partition lines or road markings provided on the road surface in order to smooth the road traffic relates method of installing studs used (hereinafter, referred to. Demarcation line, etc.), related to those particular are used Temporary .

The lane markings and the like provided on the road surface are constructed by painting a special paint on the road surface or embedding road fences. However, these constructions cannot be performed immediately, and a lane marking or the like may be temporarily constructed. Such temporary construction is also performed when a temporary lane different from the original lane is shown during road construction.

Conventionally, paints, adhesive tapes, color cones, and the like have been substituted as temporary marking lines. However, when paint or adhesive tape is used, the paint on the road surface must be scraped off or the adhesive tape must be peeled off from the road surface before constructing the main lane markings. The removal work took a lot of effort. In addition, when a color cone is used, the installation and removal work is less complicated and can be used repeatedly. However, there is a risk of moving due to contact with a vehicle or the wind. Moreover, when it was damaged by impact, it could not be used repeatedly.

Further, a road marking body is considered in which at least one upper surface of a substrate made of an elastic material such as rubber or synthetic resin is inclined with respect to the bottom surface (see, for example, Patent Document 1). This road marking body is made of an elastic material and is not damaged and is not moved by friction with the road surface.
JP-A-6-116916

However, the road marking body described in Patent Document 1 may be suitable when used for a large object such as a road sign, but when used for a small object such as a lane marking, it may be in contact with a vehicle or the like. There is a risk of moving by running water on the road surface such as wind or rain water.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION An object of the present invention is to prevent damage to road fences used as lane markings or the like so that they can be used repeatedly, reliably prevent movement, and facilitate their installation and removal.

In order to solve the above problems, the invention according to claim 1 is a road fence (temporary road fence 1) installed on a road surface 8 of a road, for example, as shown in FIG. An elastic deformation in which a mounting portion 2 mounted on a road surface 8 by a nail member (concrete nail 7) and a protruding portion 2 projecting upward from the mounting portion 2 form a hollow portion 6 to be elastically deformed flexibly. A mounting hole 2a that is engaged with the nail member is formed facing the hollow portion 6, and the elastic deformation portion 3 is an opening through which the nail member can pass. 5 a is formed so as to face the hollow portion 6.

Furthermore, the invention according to claim 1 is the above-described method for installing the road fence, wherein the road fence is placed on the road surface 8 with the mounting portion 2 facing down, and the elastic deformation portion 3 is directed downward. It is pushed and elastically deformed so that the opening 5a overlaps the mounting hole 2a, and the nail member is passed through the opening 5a with the opening 5a overlapping the mounting hole 2a. And inserting into the road, locking the mounting hole 2a to the nail member, returning the elastically deforming portion 3 to its original protruding state by its elastic force, and installing the road fence on the road surface 8; Features.

In this way, by attaching the attachment part 2 of the roadside to the road surface 8 by the nail member driven into the road, the roadside can be prevented from moving due to contact with the vehicle or the wind or the like. Further, the elastic deformation portion 3 of the roadway protrudes upward from the attachment portion 2 to form a hollow portion 6 with the attachment portion 2 and flexibly elastically deforms, thereby absorbing an impact caused by contact with a vehicle or the like. Thus, the road fence can be prevented from being damaged. During normal use, the elastic deformation portion 3 protrudes from the mounting portion 2 due to its elastic force, and sufficient visibility from a driver such as a vehicle can be ensured.

Then, facing the hollow portion 6, an attachment hole 2 a that is locked to the nail member is formed in the attachment portion 2, and an opening 5 a through which the nail member can pass is formed in the elastic deformation portion 3. By pushing downward and causing elastic deformation, the opening 5 a of the elastic deformation portion 3 can be overlapped with the attachment hole 2 a of the attachment portion 2. That is, with the opening 5a overlapped with the mounting hole 2a, the nail member is passed through the opening 5a, inserted into the mounting hole 2a, driven into the road, and the mounting hole 2a is locked to the nail member. Can be easily installed. Similarly, in a state where the opening 5a is overlaid on the mounting hole 2a, the nail member can be pulled out and the road fence can be easily removed.

Furthermore, since the nail member and the mounting hole 2a are protected by the elastic deformation part 3, even if a vehicle etc. rides, they are not damaged and it can prevent a road fence moving reliably. Thereby, it can be used repeatedly or moved easily without damaging the road fence.

According to the present invention, in a road fence used as a lane marking or the like, a hollow portion is formed by a mounting portion that is mounted on a road surface by a nail member that is driven into the road, and a mounting portion that protrudes upward from the mounting portion. An elastically deformable portion that is elastically deformed flexibly, and the mounting portion is formed with a mounting hole that engages with the nail member facing the hollow portion, and the elastically deformable portion has a hollow opening through which the nail member can pass Since the elastic deformation portion is pushed downward to be elastically deformed so that the opening overlaps the attachment hole, and the opening is overlapped with the attachment hole, the nail member is removed from the opening. It can be passed through and inserted into the mounting hole, driven into the road, the mounting hole is locked to the nail member, the road fence can be installed on the road surface, and it can be used repeatedly, preventing its breakage, and the road To prevent the kite from moving And it is possible to its installation, to facilitate removal.

Hereinafter, the best mode for carrying out the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 1, the road fence of this embodiment is installed on the road surface 8 of the road for safety and smoothness of road traffic. It is a temporary road fence 1 that is temporarily constructed before constructing a line. Moreover, it demonstrates as a thing suitable for using for a lane center line, a lane boundary line, and a lane outside line among division lines.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 1B and 1C, the road on which the temporary road fence 1 is installed is asphalt pavement in which the surface layer 9 is formed on the roadbed 10. In addition, the structure of a road is not restricted to this, The base layer may be formed with the surface layer 9, and concrete pavement etc. may be sufficient.

First, the temporary roadway 1 of the present embodiment will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, the temporary road fence 1 includes a mounting portion 2 that is mounted on the road surface 8 by a nail member that is driven into the road, and a mounting portion 2 that protrudes upward from the mounting portion 2 and has a hollow portion. 6 and an elastically deformable portion 3 that is elastically deformed flexibly.

As shown in FIG. 1A, the attachment portion 2 is formed in a rectangular plate shape. Specifically, for example, the length is about 70 mm and the width is about 50 mm. As shown in FIG. 1B, the mounting portion 2 is formed with a mounting hole 2 a that is locked by a nail member so as to face the hollow portion 6. The mounting hole 2a is disposed in the vicinity of each long side end portion of the mounting portion 2, and has a size such that the shaft portion of the nail member is inserted and locked at the head portion.

As shown in FIGS. 1A and 1B, the elastically deforming portion 3 includes a pair of rectangular plate-like inclined portions 4 extending obliquely upward from sides facing the length direction of the attaching portion 2, and an attaching portion. It consists of a pair of triangular plate-like side wall portions 5 extending vertically upward from the sides facing the width direction of the portion 2. Specifically, for example, the height of the apex of the triangle is about 50 mm. The hollow portion 6 is a space surrounded by the attachment portion 2, the pair of inclined portions 4, and the pair of side wall portions 5.

Here, the material of the elastic deformation portion 3 may be any material that can be elastically deformed flexibly, and examples thereof include soft rubber. Further, the material of the attachment part 2 may be the same as that of the elastic deformation part 3, and the attachment part 2 and the elastic deformation part 3 may be formed integrally.

On the upper surface of each inclined portion 4, an arrow 4a or the like is displayed. This display can be performed by attaching an adhesive tape, applying a paint, or the like. As the adhesive tape and the paint, those having properties of phosphorescence (nightlight), fluorescence, and reflection can be used. Further, the arrows 4a are displayed from the bottom to the top in the inclined portion 4, respectively.

Further, each side wall portion 5 is formed with a substantially semicircular opening 5 a through which the nail member can pass so as to face the hollow portion 6. These openings 5 a are arranged at the lower end of the side wall 5 near the mounting hole 2 a.

Next, a method for installing the temporary road fence 1 using the temporary road fence 1 will be described. As shown in FIG. 1 (c), first, the temporary road fence 1 is placed on the road surface 8 with the mounting portion 2 facing down. The direction of the temporary road fence 1 is set so that the length direction of the mounting portion 2, that is, the direction of the displayed arrow 4a is parallel to the road extension direction (the traveling direction of the automobile).

Then, the elastic deformation portion 3 is pushed downward to be elastically deformed, and the side wall portion 5 of the elastic deformation portion 3 is tilted inward so that the opening 5a overlaps the mounting hole 2a. At this time, the mounting hole 2a is exposed to the outside.

Next, with the opening 5a overlapped with the mounting hole 2a, the concrete nail 7 (nail member) is passed through the opening 5a, inserted into the mounting hole 2a and driven into the road, and the mounting hole 2a is made into the concrete nail 7. Lock. Specifically, the shaft portion of the concrete nail 7 is inserted into the mounting hole 2a, and the mounting hole 2a is locked at the head.

The nail member may be any member that can be driven into the surface layer 9 of the road and can lock the mounting hole 2a, such as a concrete nail 7.

Next, pressing of the elastic deformation part 3 is stopped, and the elastic deformation part 3 is returned to the original protruding state by its elastic force. By placing concrete nails 7 in all the mounting holes 2a, the installation of one temporary road fence 1 is completed.

A plurality of temporary road fences 1 are installed on the road surface 8 at regular intervals to form a roadway center line, a lane boundary line, a roadway outer line, and the like. At this time, the color of the arrow 4a of the inclined portion 4 can be changed between yellow and white, and the road center line and the road outer line can be shown separately. Further, when removing the temporary road fence 1, the opening 5 a is similarly overlapped with the mounting hole 2 a and the concrete nail 7 is pulled out.

According to the above embodiment, the attachment part 2 of the temporary road fence 1 is attached on the road surface 8 by the concrete nails 7 driven into the road, so that the temporary road fence 1 is brought into contact with a vehicle or the like by wind or the like. It can be prevented from moving. Further, the elastic deformation portion 3 of the temporary road fence 1 protrudes upward from the attachment portion 2 and forms a hollow portion 6 with the attachment portion 2 so as to be elastically deformed flexibly, thereby being brought into contact with a vehicle or the like. It is possible to absorb the impact and prevent the temporary road fence 1 from being damaged. During normal use, the elastic deformation portion 3 protrudes from the attachment portion 2 due to its elastic force, and since the inclined portion 4 faces the driver of a vehicle or the like, sufficient visibility can be ensured.

Then, facing the hollow portion 6, a mounting hole 2 a locked to the concrete nail 7 is formed in the mounting portion 2, and an opening 5 a through which the concrete nail 7 can pass is formed in the side wall portion 5 of the elastic deformation portion 3. Then, the elastic deformation portion 3 is pushed downward to be elastically deformed by tilting the side wall portion 5 inward, so that the opening 5a of the side wall portion 5 of the elastic deformation portion 3 overlaps the mounting hole 2a of the mounting portion 2. can do. That is, with the opening 5a overlapping the mounting hole 2a, the concrete nail 7 is passed through the opening 5a, inserted into the mounting hole 2a and driven into the road, and the mounting hole 2a is locked to the concrete nail 7, The temporary road fence 1 can be easily installed. Similarly, with the opening 5a overlapped with the mounting hole 2a, the concrete nail 7 can be pulled out and the temporary road fence 1 can be easily removed.

Furthermore, since the concrete nail 7 and the mounting hole 2a are protected by the elastic deformation part 3, even if a vehicle etc. rides, they will not be damaged and it can prevent moving the temporary road fence 1 reliably. . Thereby, it can be repeatedly used or moved easily without damaging the temporary road fence 1.

In the above embodiment, the road fence is used for temporary installation, but the present invention is not limited to this and may be used for permanent installation. In addition, although it is used for the roadway center line, the lane boundary line, and the roadway outside line, it may be used for road markings such as other lane markings, overtaking prohibitions, and pedestrian crossings. In addition, the outer shape of the road fence may be, for example, a circular plate shape of the attachment portion and a hemispherical shape of the elastic deformation portion, or a rectangular plate shape of the attachment portion and a base shape of the elastic deformation portion. Moreover, although the opening is formed in the side wall portion, it may be formed in the inclined portion, or may be formed in the top portion if the elastic deformation portion is hemispherical or pedestal. In addition, the shape, number, and the like of the inclined portion, the mounting hole, the opening, and the display are arbitrary, and it is needless to say that the specific detailed structure can be changed as appropriate.
